I thought my previous battery was still under warranty at Pep Boys, but evidently it expired. I was shocked, but then again not shocked, that Pep Boys tried to make me buy a battery for $200! (Maybe because I'm a woman?) I said "no way", I'll go to the auto parts store! The gentleman were very nice & even gave me a discount. They installed it for me which took all of maybe 15 minutes. Alot less time than it would've taken at Pep Boys! It cost me only $115. I highly recommend this business for your auto needs!

But my friend was in visiting and his battery died and he picked this. I can't comment on the price of the battery, because I didn't pay for it, but they did install it for him at no extra charge. That was a big plus for him because he's never installed a battery. Normally, it's not difficult but his Chevy wasn't the easiest. Sometimes car designers just make things more difficult so they can have fun at our expense. But it got done. The store is very clean and fairly well stocked. It's not a huge location so they can't have everything that bigger shops would have, but they have enough. And the people were certainly helpful. I would come back to this store. They have a good business model and follow it.

He was traveling Westbound on Commercial and decided to just cross over at a high rate of speed without slowing down or even looking for oncoming traffic. This dude just thought he was entitled and above all other drivers. Crashed into my wife and daughter with an O' Reilly vehicle. Then, he gets out, leaves his car in the middle of the street and walks to the store. After the police arrive, they ask where he is. So they tell her that he went home. Luckily my wife and daughter escaped with minor injuries. What kind of idiots do these people hire ??? .

We came in for a free diagnosis as we were having some dash light come on in our car. Paul really took the time with us in a friendly and kind manner to help us. He conducted different tests with his diagnostic machine that hooked up to the car. With his help we found that our current battery was defective and he explained the best he could, the analysis and suggested we exchange the battery. (Problem was an unstable battery from Walmart.) I said I was there to dispose of it, he said "okay you're good." I asked if I had to do anything else and he said "no, that's it." I was in and out in less than a minute. So PSA: if you need to dispose of an old car battery, make sure you do it safely, and AutoZone is a great option.

I used it on my tires and the foam applicator started to deteriorate in two places. TRIP #2...So this morning I went to the AutoZone where the item was purchased to exchange it but there were none left on the shelves. The employee informed me that possibly on Tuesday or Wednesday a shipment arrives at the store. I told him I would come back on Wednesday. Today, I still needed to complete the shine on the rest of my tires. As I was shining the next tire, the entire piece of foam dismantled from the plastic handle. TRIP #3...Again, I drove back to the AutoZone to show them the faulty damaged item and get a refund. The employee informed me that the manager that can approve the refund on my credit card does not work on Sundays and will be in the store tomorrow - Monday. They said that I could leave the item and the receipt with my name and phone number and the manager would call me about the refund tomorrow. I was not satisfied with that option and told him I would return tomorrow with the item and receipt to speak with the manager. I will update/edit the review with my results tomorrow - wish me luck. I understand this is a brand new store with friendly staff and a great location, but something needs to be in place for a simple damaged item return - At this point, Amazon would have been easier and quicker. TRIP #4...Im back again, to meet with the manager, Bosun, who was super friendly and professional. I explained the item return facade over the last two days at his store. Bosun informed me that even though this is a brand new AutoZone store, the return policy is a simple quick process whether its a credit card transaction or not and the manager does NOT have to be present. Bosun shook my hand and apologized for any inconvenience. Literally, the return/refund took one painless minute and during that time my friend purchased two items. Due to the manager's professionalism, I will keep my original 4 star review in tact, but with need to find another tire shine applicator on Amazon.

Super ratchet. Nowhere to park because all the people in the driveway parked and working on their cars and trash everywhere. No sir. Never again.
