One of the "those guys" assisted me, and I purchased two sets of new wiper blades one for my wife's car, and a set for my car which I had the clerk install. When washing my car a week later, I lifted the wiper arm and the wiper came off and wiper arm sprung back and cracked my windshield. The upshot is the wipers will not stay attached to wiper arm, either they're wrong wiper blade, installed incorrectly or defective wipers. I called and spoke with the Manager about my issue, and he told me I could come in... an hour away, and get new wiper blades. I told him I need a new windshield and correct or good blades installed, and feel this is their issue not mine. He told me if the windshield were cracked there he could help, but since it didn't no help. My cracked windshield in my view is a direct result of their actions. So beware when buying wiper blades from Advance Auto Parts you better check fitment/attachment before leaving, because your on your own after leaving the store. So much for customer service, and standing behind their products and expertise!
