Never going back there again. They didn't honour our coupon for oil change and charged us extra money. Their rates are very very high as compared to other local stores. Recommended things which didn't need to be get done. We went to Firestone immediately after that and got repaired what was required at a much lower rate and only the things which really needed repair. Will not recommend them any more even though it's location is very convenient for us. They send coupons in the mail frequently to lure you but then they don't accept those coupons. read more

Today I scheduled and went in for an oil change. I called first to confirm my use of a Valpak coupon and received excellent telephone presence from the attendant who responded to my phone call. I then arrived for my 2:00 pm oil change. This was one of the best experiences for auto care I have ever had. I know that sounds lame but I genuinely felt appreciated as a new customer and was comfortable to boot. The place was cozy but CLEAN and there was comfortable seating. I waited for an hour and a half with my four kiddos ages 13-7. There were free snacks provided, Healthy drink choices and play things for the children. I really like this auto repair place and will recommend to all who will listen. I watched several customers come in to pick up their vehicles needing extensive work. They appeared satisfied and didn't mind paying for what I believe is honest work done by ASE certified techs and a warm professional staff. read more

It is located in King William County, but believe me, it is a VERY worthwhile drive from Richmond where I live... Had a front end alignment done in March 2015. Returned a couple of days later complaining of pulling to the left and steering wheel off center. Rechecked and said it was as good as it can get. But was told at least the tires won't wear now....Forward to March 2016, front tires wore completely out within 15,000 miles. They put it on the machine and front end is completely out of spec. Said I must have hit some potholes, curb or something. Nope, didn't happen. Told me to put on new tires and get it realigned at 1/2 price. Took it for inspection (different shop) and they found some adjustment bolt loose.... Took it back to Dixon's and they said they weren't going to spend their time to look at it without charging. All ads I see say "With the free loaner car program, unlimited mileage warranty, professional staff, free pick up service , there is nothing lacking! With a nationwide 24/ unlimited mileage warranty " ... Doesn't look like it to me. Now I heard warranty on parts and labor only..what is a front end alignment?
