A week later I pull the battery out and it clearly states on the side 24 month warranty. I call back and ask to confirm if this is still under warranty. She told me they cannot look up my account as they are a "distribution center" and I must have my receipt to be considered for a warranty. I didn't have my receipt at this point but did have my credit card receipt showing it was purchased in January / 2023, less than the 24 months. And I purchased it at this store. Nope, more rude and condescending comments from superstar crystal. She answers the phone when you call in and is clearly not qualified for this job. Every other battery place I've purchased from keeps your information on file so you don't need a receipt. Go some place else, you'll be happy that you did. She is awful.

The battery has been weak for the past 6 months but I have been lax in doing anything about it. By the time I decided to look into the warranty I had owned the battery for 4 years and 3 weeks so I was past the replacement time. Well Interstate Battery in Commerce City, CO checked my battery out and told me it was bad and gave me a new one no charge. They did not have to do this. He is a master of customer service and had the patience of a saint. He replaced my battery, 2 air filters, topped off coolant, checked my 12 volt battery and tires all while holding a pleasant and informative conversation with me as I watched. I would highly recommend Greentec and especially Ramses, for any of your hybrid battery needs.
