This is a great location and they have taken exceptional care of my husband and I since we moved. They are kind, respect our time and make reasonable recommendations. This place has such a mix of reviews that I just wasn't sure to come here or not. However, I'd already been to Schomp and Auto Nation Subaru for previous routine services and didn't like them at all so this was the next closest place... I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated. read more

Great place to bring your Subaru in for service!! I received a coupon in the Mail for a synthetic oil change for $49.99. The coupon included a complete car inspection, new air filter, top off your fluids and check your tires tread. My coupon also said it included a car wash but they did not do one (not sure why, didn't really care to ask) My service advisor, Wally was nice and very welcoming. I did go in at 7:30 am today (Saturday) and the service took 40min! Super quick! I loved that you can receive text messages during the inspection and you can track the status of the service. The place was clean and they provide water, coffee and various snacks. I also found out that they have a pet tag making machine! It was super cute! I didn't make one but if I'm in again, I definitely will. read more

I did not have a good experience getting my car serviced here recently. The estimate the technician gave me for service was between $500-600. A few hours later I got a text from the company with items they wanted me to review for additional service. These items were all coded as "urgent" but with minimal explanation, and no pictures to support their being flagged. I was pretty surprised because they were items that I had recently replaced (tires), and because no other mechanic had ever raised these issues to me, and I take my car to be serviced regularly. The total with the new items took my visit from $500 to $3000. When I tried to call the technician to get more information I couldn't get in touch. I accepted the repairs because the dealer said they were urgent and I noticed they had good reviews online so I figured they were trustworthy. But then, next day, I get a call from the technician saying that there's another item they need to add on that is urgent. The quote they give me for this item is approximately $1400 before taxes. Google quickly tells me that this is more than 40% higher than what other mechanics charge for the same thing. I tell the technician "not today" because I'm already paying more than I expected and can afford. When I pick up the car he encouraged me to not drive my car at all until this other item is looked at. He also gives me a more detailed report of the other items that were added on, and to be honest I feel like they were overly conservative on telling me what was urgent--for example my actual tire tread depth numbers were not included in the text, but once I saw the actual information when I was checking out, I don't think I would have approved 4 new tires. I felt frustrated with this because of the way they conveyed the information--there was no way to talk to the agent, I just had to approve or deny the services via text. Finally the last kicker: the updated estimate of services they had given me online was about $3k. But, they had left out in this estimate the original $500 that they had quoted me for. This was added on at the end, and so I ended up paying $3500. I am not happy with this experience. As someone who regularly gets my car serviced, to have a surprise $3500 bill with little communication or context from the technician to me feels off. I don't know if this location is overly conservative in what they recommend? Since this happened I've since taken my car to another mechanic who said the remaining issue that I declined on which was flagged as urgent was not, and that if the technician had cleaned some rust off they would have seen that it wasn't an urgent issue. The reason for the 2 star vs. 1 is that I did appreciate they had a loaner program where you could use one of their cars for free while you wait for yours to be finished. read more

Update: I reached out to the GM after leaving his contact info on the review. I got his voicemail so I left a message. The ASSistant manger called me. He said the Tech made a mistake and he meant the cylinders on the same side where plugged wrong. He noted twice it was cylinder 2&3 in his write up. Witch I knew was going to be said considering I provided a engine diagram. He then said he had to stand by his tech. He asked if I installed the engine and I said yes. He replied "well you took it to us it must have not been that easy." I do not work on Subarus. I have had 0 Subarus roll through my bays. I took it to a Subaru shop because it's a Subaru. I thought it would be in good hands. Reaching out to upper management was a waste of my time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I would give 0 stars but sadly you have to give at least one. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. The people here are nice and friendly before they bend you over their service counters. 3.5 hours to read DTC's and $478 later I get "your cars running but has an engine knock." It was a brand new engine that had never been driven. It ran maybe 15 seconds before being brought to this shop. $478 to change a temp sensor(after the pcm told them the circuit was open), they read codes again and it had a misfire. The coolant circuit being open would have put the car into limp mode or no start. The tech said I had plugs 2 & 3 plugged into the wrong coils. Number 2 coil is the front left and number 3 is the back right cylinder. How I had them plugged into the wrong coils is beyond me being the harness doesn't stretch that far. I was told there's no labor charge and the temp sensor was going to be $285. After bring up the fact that the part is listed on the website for $38 dollars, they then informed be it would be that much. They checked timing as well. After taking my car to Chris who built the engine in Conifer he then informed me the engine was not knocking but the uppipe cat was rattling around in the pipe. Also I had some cracked lines. Subaru wanted 3,470 to replace the engine. So I'm screaming DO NOT take you car to this place. I don't know if they thought I was just an incompetent technician at the shop I work at (American cars) or just stupid but they WILL try to screw you out of a lot of money. I think they changed the sensor and then reprogrammed the PCM or cleared codes to pull it out of limp mode and then pulled some story out of their ass to charge more. I will drive 45 minutes away to another Subaru dealership or further before I ever return here. P.s I said 3.5 hours because they offer a free hour of diagnosis. read more

If communication is the essence of customer service, my recent experience at Mike Shaw bordered on customer disservice. Someone knocked the side mirror cover off our Forester, so I took it in to get it replaced. The service rep, Tim D., said it would take "a few days" to get it painted the right color and then I could just swing by and he could snap it on in "like 30 seconds." So, I went ahead and pre-paid and he said he'd call me when it was ready. That is not how things played out. Nearly two months passed, including several un-returned phone calls, two pointless in-person visits, lots of passing the buck, and a couple of empty promises. The only time I ever spoke to Tim was after calling him three days in a row and leaving messages, and then when he promised to get to the bottom of things and call me back, he didn't. I don't know if I'll ever patronize Mike Shaw again (there are other Subaru dealers in the area), but if I do it will be because of a couple of other employees. On my first fruitless visit, Dan P. was legit. He owned the problem even though it wasn't his to own, said the whole situation was unacceptable, and told me he'd make it right. He even called me back later to let me know things were in motion. (After that, I guess things were put back in Tim's hands, because it was radio silence again.) When I finally got the part (which turned out to be two parts) installed, it was only because of the extra efforts of a guy named Paul, who was fantastic. He went out of his way -- both literally and figuratively -- to ensure I drove away satisfied. Again, nothing had been his fault, but he took ownership like a true professional and did whatever had to be done. Look, none of this was a big deal -- my mirror still worked, it just looked bad. So, there was no real urgency. Which is why it puzzles me that Tim wouldn't have just picked up the phone, called me, and said, "Hey, sorry, this thing is going to take a bit more time." It wouldn't have bothered me at all. But when you take my money and then seemingly forget I exist, that's not a good look. Get a handle on your customer service, Mike Shaw. Take a look in the mirror. I had an unfortunate situation involving another dealership that caused issues with my car and Russell at Mike Shaw figured it all out for me! I didn't have to deal with any of the uncomfortable conversations and that was above and beyond typical service in my eyes. They got me a new transmission and had it waranteed all while I was using one of their complimentary loaner cars (which made me really want to upgrade!) I was really pleased with my experience at Mike Shaw Subaru this past month. I typically avoid going to dealerships in general because of the poor customer service and extremely overpriced cost of services, however I really needed to have a recall issue addressed in addition to a wheel alignment. I decided on Mike Shaw Subaru because of a previous (and unfortunate) experience about a year ago. I had a flat tire (or it turned out to be blown out) on 270 and the tow truck took it to Mike Shaw. They were great with trying to inspect the tire to see if it could be repaired but it couldn't. So when I needed a new tire, I expected them to push for all four tires being replaced but they didn't. They heard me out as a customer and that really stood out to me. Of note, my tires are well within tread range and even though that's the case, I'll often experience other dealerships or tire shops push me to buy 4 new tires vs just the one. Now this go-around with Mike Shaw for non-emergency work, I was even more pleased with. I will definitely be a returning customer. Their online appointment system make it easy to schedule around my own busy schedule. Dan Bury was assigned to me and handled my car needs. He was very straightforward and honest with me which I really appreciated. Since it was going to be awhile, I opted to leave and return once my car was ready. They have implemented an online system to inform you of any concerns picked up during the inspection process which I liked since I didn't want to be waiting at the dealership for the 2+ hours it was going to take to get everything done. They accurately quoted the wait time and even if I didn't leave, they have a nice waiting area to help pass the time (coffee and tea machine, vending machine, TV, lots of outlets and USB ports to charge your phones). I can't speak for the sales team, but service is on point! No appointments for routine maintenance (such as the oil change I was in need of) which is great when you need something and the "other guys" are booked out a month for Saturday appointments. Friendly service, affordable prices (they even have a comparison chart with competitor's rates on the wall), and apparently quality! My Subi is much happier with her new oil and her newly rotated and balanced tires! Not the closest option for us as far as maintenance goes, but I'm pretty confident we'll be back anyway. Also, they have a coffee dispenser that serves up a decent instant latte and doughnuts while you wait. Plenty of seating and magazines to page through, too! read more

I never feel like anyone wants to help me and today there were three customers in line for one employee while 5-6 were standing there doing nothing. Came in to get my vehicle appraised and got the lowest offer after have been to multiple dealerships, lower than Carvana and Carmax by nearly $1,000. During this trip, I had a specific vehicle in mind to purchase and wanted to see if this dealership would be one I wanted to purchase through. Being new to the state, choosing a dealership that will treat me like a human is important and requires screening. When I asked if they could price my vehicle of interest, and the appraisal for the trade-in, competitively, I got very weird energy. As a woman, part of how I decided on a dealership to purchase through is -- how do they treat me when I'm there? Do they want to play games, or are they genuine? After the sales representative asked me multiple times if he could earn my business that day (Saturday), and I said no, that I wasn't going to purchase anything day-of and would be waiting to make a decision on Monday, his energy was very weird and abrupt with me. After I told him what the other dealership had offered as trade-in value, he went back to "discuss" with management. When he came back, he refused to provide me an updated appraisal, and quickly ushered me out the door with his body language- he never sat back down to discuss, even when I asked if they would provide an updated number. The energy shift was uncomfortable. I've had better luck elsewhere and no other dealerships refused to provide me with an actual updated number. read more

This is on the service department. Full disclosure I am an ASE certified mechanic with 12 years in the business. Took our outback in for the airbag recall, made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. The repair took 3 days to complete (job pays 1.8 hours and does not require a lift) communication was not stellar. Got the car back, the tech left the passenger side hush panel off, and was quoted for ball joint replacement, the ball joints are not loose. Not a word about the rear strut which is leaking so badly that it left a puddle on my driveway. I gave 2 stars because I can grant it was the week before Christmas and they were probably facing the same rush I had at my shop. It doesn't excuse being quoted for unneeded work and not catching obviously needed work that is profitable gravy for the tech. Again, I'm a seasoned tech so I wouldn't have gone back regardless, but they aren't getting a recommendation from me. FURTHER UPDATE: Multiple years on, found more things broken by these incompetent clowns. I have spent 3 hours and $100 fixing the damage done by this so called repair. I would rather be water boarded than do business here ever again. Sad! read more

I brought my car in to get new break pads and rotors done. All said and down, it cost nearly $1,200. Extremely high compared to doing it myself but in order to not void the warranty, I coughed up the money. Whenever I go to the Subaru dealer in Longmont, they wash and vacuum the car even for a cheap oil change. I was surprised that after $1.200 they didn't even run it through the wash. Then I immediately notice not only a dink on my door handle that I know wasn't there before but also a perfectly greasy hand print on my interior. Clearly the service techs are sloppy, which makes me concerned about how good of a job they are really doing. One may argue that I could have pointed it out to them but unfortunately there is no way to prove the dink happened there. The service advisor didn't mark it on his "walk around sheet" but hey, live and learn. I'll just make the drive to Longmont next time. I gave two stars only because Ben the service advisor was pleasant and correct about the time my car would be complete. read more

Make sure they're listening to you when you drop off your car and make sure you fully understand what they are charging for what they service. I brought my Subaru in due to an airbag recall. I told them there is a rattling sound under the car and the car makes a screeching sound when I turn. They checked the rattling. It was a loose panel that needed screw tightening. They didn't check the steering. They charged me $100 just to look at the rattling noise. So, to be clear, they're already servicing the car but they need to charge me to look at a rattling issue (didn't look into the steering) and they charge me. Then they charged me additional to tighten the screws so the rattling is gone. I also asked them to top off fluids, oil change and tires. They didn't do any of those things so I took my car to Firestone for oil change and tires. I didn't even mention the steering. They did an inspection and called me and said "We discovered your steering is off. You should replace the belt because it's about to snap". I said "Go ahead" and gladly paid them $90 to replace and service it. They didn't charge me for the inspection...only for the belt and labor. Car doesn't screech and I notice the steering is smoother. Do you see the problem here? Being charged for someone to inspect your car when it's already being serviced. Then not inspecting everything you mention when you drop it off. Then not doing the fluids, oil change and tires...all things I would have been fine paying for. Makes no sense. I don't recommend taking your car to Shaw for service. This is why mechanics get a reputation for being shady. read more

I got my oil changed, and it was a grand total of $35 bucks. Can't beat that! All the techs are friendly and courteous. Just make sure you set an appointment vs just showing up. You'll usually get out of there in an hour or so. Which beats me doing my oil in the driveway at home. I also got some work done on the car. Power steering reservoir and new hoses. I believe I spend around $400 something? Which is a bit pricey for what was done. But I'm happy with the work and service, so no complaints. I'll be back in 5,000 miles. read more

I had horrible experiences with Mike Shaw repairs. I made an appointment for a checkup before a trip and wrote down in the appointment request that i neefed them to check the clutch specifically. When I got there, the technician asked what I needed and I said, "check the clutch". Five hours later they gave me the car back, and I asked about the clutch. The said 'no one to,d us to check the clutch'. Then they drove it around the neighborhood and said that they 'checked the clutch'. Horrible communication. A few months later, I took my Forester in because the air conditioner was not cooling. They said it needed freon and O rings (~$500). They also said the cam carriers were leaking oil and should be replaced immediately. I said I'd bring it back next week. When I drove it home, the fan motor was making a horrible noise, so I made an appointment for the following week. They said the whole air conditioner system needed to be replaced (~$2,200). They also said the cam carriers 'might' be leaking, but didn't need urgent attention. When I said that the car wasn't using oil and there we no stains in the garage or driveway, they said that "oil evaporates into the air" (???). I took the car to Stang Auto and they washed the engine and put a dye in the case to observe a leak. No leak. Be extremely careful with this repair shop, especially for expensive "urgent" repair recommendations. read more

He made sure since I began working with him to provide me with an excellent service. He also made things right with no hesitation when I brought them up to his attention. Always patient, understanding and able to work with, he helped me resolve issues that I had with my "lemon" Crosstrek with no hassle. For the record, Mike Shaw didn't even sell me the car! I recently brought my 2019 Forester in for an oil change. It has less than 5000 miles on it but is 8 months old. I had a coupon from Mike Shaw which I included a screen shot of below. I asked for the synthetic oil $44.95 and the tire rotation $12.95 for a grand total of $57.90. I had a mid afternoon appointment scheduled. When I arrived, I stood in the doorway with my 2 kids looking like a fool until one of the non-busy people finally noticed me. I was told the service would take an he to an hr, 15 min. My kids and I proceeded to wait for close to 2 hrs when I decided to go ask how much longer it would be. The man who "greeted " me seemed to be on a personal phone call so someone else helped me. The guy on the phone evidently had my keys! For how long, I don't know but my time was not of importance to him. Then I got the bill- $76.03! Not what I had expected! They said there was "fine print" stating things like tax, disposal of hazardous fluids etc. When I got home I looked at the bill closer and noticed 2 fees called "mechanic" fees, not included in the fine print, which I believe increased the bill! My $12.95 tire rotation ended up being $32.00! I could have had it done for free at discount tire! I called to speak to the service manager who said the "coupon is for $31.00 off the service " which he states I got. He didn't explain why those mechanic fees are stuck in the bill and he refused to make the situation better. Also, my receipt said they topped my fluids, which they did NOT and they replaced my filter without even asking me about. I highly doubt it needed to be replaced when my car was u see 5000 miles! I had my first service experience with Mike Shaw Subaru and they facilitated a minor miracle for me. I had a severely cracked windshield that was supposed to be repaired elsewhere, just days before a family road trip. There was an issue with codes that required a visit to a dealership to re-set, which derailed the entire repair process and put me in a bind to find an immediate solution. I tried Mike Shaw and was able to get in the next day to re-set the codes; the woman who helped me schedule was very helpful and said while glass repair isn't done on site, sometimes a 3rd party will come and while nothing could be scheduled, I should ask my technician when I check in. When I checked in, everything was easy and clear in terms of the code reset; when I asked about the possibility of getting someone to come and replace my windshield (on the Friday of a holiday weekend), they were skeptical but willing to try, and shockingly to all, got a yes. In a matter of minutes, they helped make a miracle happen. While my situation required relatively low effort, their willingness to try and say yes made a significant impact on a positive outcome. And the complementary Lyft service was the cherry on top; being able to go home until my windshield was fixed made for an exceptional and easy experience. I will absolutely be bringing my Subie in for service going forward. read more

Disrespectful customer service. I scheduled our oil change and recall fix online and didn't receive any kind of confirmation email. I confirmed the day before hand that the appointment was good for Noon. My wife called the day of and was told the appointment was scheduled for 1:45. When checking out, we forgot to use our coupon. We returned 5 minutes later and the service manager refused to refund the difference - just said we should "use the coupon next time". We won't be returning and will go to one of the other many dealerships in the Denver area from now on. read more

Made an appointment to get a couple recall issues done on my 2010 legacy. Came in bright and early and everything went great.. got a free loaner the works.. Even the guy I worked with this morning was wonderful... sorry I didn't catch your name being that I was half asleep and sick. I get a call 3 hrs later saying the airbag recall was fixed but they couldn't get my hood open to fix the second recall of the motor burn out for the windshield wiper. I was told it took several mechanics to attempt at the hood and no one could figure it out... if I wanted the motor fixed, I would need to pay $95 for them to get inside, fix the hood and fix the windshield motor. So I told them to forget about it and I'll figure out the hood issue and come back. Come back 6 hours after they called.. ignored for a solid 15 minutes while one of the representatives talked about football and played videos to one of his buddies in the room. After he was finished with his video watching, he decided to take the time to help me by giving me my paperwork and my keys and showed me where my car was. As he walked back inside without showing me what was wrong with the hood, I opened the car door, released the hood latch on the inside, walked over to the front and grabbed the hood with one hand and release the secondary latch with the second. It opened. Walked back in, showed the original gentleman from the morning the opened hood and waited another 30minutes to get the motor replaced. For the fact that this white, blonde girl from California (and yes I will use that stereotype since that's how I'm almost always treated at every autoshop because I look like I don't know better) has been under the hood of a car more times than you can imagine and can fix a problem in under a minute makes me question how well you guys actually replaced the recalled airbags in my car... especially if "several guys" in the shop can't figure out how to open the damn hood. read more

I came here for an oil change and I will say it was an incredibly easy process with an appointment. Rolled up to the service garage and they took me in right away. There are snacks and beverages in the waiting room and great internet for me to continue working while I waited for my car. It was Extremely comfortable and I wanted to give a shout-out to Wallace Pettengill. He took my car, completed everything with ease and came and got me when all was done. Customer service was great. This location informed me of my options if they saw anything abnormal but didn't pressure me to get additional services or require fixes now and charged me later. I've had bad experiences at other oil change locations with my other car where I would get up charged. Not the case here. This location and working with Wallace was great. They were very informative and I would definitely come here again for future inspections. read more

Went in for an Oil Change, dropped my car off, decided to look at that lot. After wondering the lot, found a car I was interested in... I wasn't approached, but I was walked by many sales people. When I went inside to look for help, I was ignored. I get a call about my cabin and engine filter needing to be replaced during the middle of my serviced, I approved the work and when I arrived I was billed a certain price and then the service advisor told me that my paper work wasn't completely wrong after he looked it over and told me it was correct. Pretty much I was billed double from the original pricing... Will never return to this dealer, seems to have completely unprofessional staff in multiple departments. Also I'll add after I was trying to leave, they boxed my car in and couldn't find the keys to the car blocking me in, making me wait while they scrambled to find the keys.... read more

Service is atrocious! They took hours longer than they told me they would. I did not receive any notices and then they tried to lie to me about calling and texting! Absolutely unacceptable. I used to recommend this dealership. After years of being a customer I have been lied to by at least three sales representatives, cannot get ahold of any one on the phone (sometimes the wait is hours, it used to be minutes), and now the service department which was always the best department, in my opinion, at this dealership is worse than the other departments. I wish they were still committed to the excellent service they used to have! If you want a Subaru go somewhere else this place is not worth the time! read more

Had a really upsetting experience here. My Subaru broke down on the interstate recently and I got it towed to Mike Shaw Subaru which was nearby. The moment I walked through the door I was met with really combative people in the lobby. They used really terse language with me, eye-rolling when I didn't know an answer to their question, or took too long to answer I guess. I asked what the ETA might look like and I was told "it could take a day, it could take a month if that doesn't work take it somewhere else." I can't say it was just one employee either, everyone I had to interact with that day went out of their way to let me know how much of a pain in the ass it was for them that I was dropping my car off at Mike Shaw. I think it's a messed up way to treat someone who's in a vulnerable situation. It got bad enough that the tow truck driver who drove me to the dealership, pulled me aside and apologized to me on behalf of Mike Shaw Subaru "for the fucked up way they talked to you." I'm really not looking forward to picking up my vehicle from here, partly because I think the flippant attitude will reflect in my car's repairs, but mostly because I have a general sense of dread and anxiety at the thought of having to go back and interact with the staff. As it stands right now, I would not recommend this dealership to anybody whether it's repairs or in regard to purchasing a new vehicle. read more

I will always go back to Mike Shaw for service! I have had a Forester and Crosstrek serviced by them, and Wally is definitely the man to request! He really takes care of his customers and ensures their needs are met in a timely manner. There are a lot of Subaru dealers to choose from in the Denver/Boulder area, but this is the best for service. read more

This is an updated review #2. I must say Mike Shaw Subaru takes care of their customers! After an issue with a pre-owned Subaru, I couldn't be happier. The issue was addressed after a couple phone calls in a very quick manner. I'm very happy with the way they handle customer support. Every time I have brought my car in, I have been charged a lot of money and the issues were either unresolved or still there. I am writing this review in case anyone else with a 2015 Subaru Forester has problems with their AC. I brought my car in 3 times for the AC- it would work for 5 minutes and then just stop blowing cold air. Each time, Subaru would try something extravagant to fix it and it never would. I spent about $1500 trying to fix it and it was never resolved. However, a simple free YouTube video helped ME fix the problem for under $10. Apparently Subaru put an extra washer in the AC compressor, a manufacturing defect, and upon removing one, the AC has worked beautifully since! Guess the dealership couldn't get enough money out of me by fixing the problem. I will never be back here. read more

Who is Mike Shaw? I'm still not sure, but his Subaru dealership is incredible. On a journey across the United States, the clutch of our manual vehicle started having issues. After driving hours through the desert and mountains, we were not prepared to deal with a mechanical problem such as this. The wear and tear from the terrain was simply too much for our vehicle full to the brim of camping equipment. Following our journey from Utah, the clutch broke right outside of Denver on our way home to Minnesota. After calling countless repair shops, this dealership was the only one with the parts we needed with the ability to repair my friends car. read more
