My husband usually sends me to the parts store pretty well informed, but sometimes we have to rely on the employees at the parts store to help us understand what is needed and what all our options are when our vehicles break down. Several times now, the Walsenburg O'Reilly's team has gone above and beyond to help us save money, track down parts, and gather supplies. They have even gone as far as to help us find the correct locations of hard-to-find items. Once, we had a 1997 International bus break down. We didn't know the exact part we needed or where to get it once we found it. O'Reilly's didn't carry the part, but a Walsenburg O'Reilly's team member worked diligently to help us track down the part we needed anyways, and they directed us to two places where we could likely find it. It was amazing! Although there was no sale for O'Reilly's, they still went above and beyond to ensure that we knew what we were after! Another time, we broke down in their parking lot, and they not only ordered the parts we needed but also let us fix our truck there. Shortly after that, two of their team members, one of whom was a manager, pulled up three short videos to show me where the oil and fuel filters were on our Ford F350 diesel!
