There was three employees when I walked in and no customers. One on the phone, but two office guys BSing. One looks at me like a deer in headlights - Okay I guess I ask I speak with him? Who knows. I greeted him and before I can even finish my sentence, he says "well do you have an appointment?" No I dont - Im just looking for a quick look and ballpark. "Yeah, sorry we dont do anything without an appointment." Seriously, you cant just take a quick glance? "Nope, everything is by appointment only." He asked the front desk person for dates available but I told him dont bother. If they are this lazy when nothing is going on, I cant imagine how the actual service would be. I mean really... this is the epitome of laziness and no customer service. This was actually the second shop that I stopped at. I wanted at least two estimates. The first shop was friendly - They looked at the bumper, told me what would likely be involved and said they would be able to do a thorough inspection when I bring it in. What they DID do however, is give me a ballpark and showed that they would be happy to earn my business. The second shop wouldn't lift a finger. I miss the days when it was MoJo's. It would have been no issue at all for the owner or his wife to take a quick look. They used to do great work also. I'll be amazed if this place is in business a year from now.

I pull over and check. There's no oil registering even on the dipstick so it's a minimum of 2 to 3 quarts low manager dropped an F bomb right in front of me and this was the worst experience I've had in a decade now. Customer service won't call back. Neither will the manager buyer beware. Oh, and they are a bait and switch. He told me the oil change was $109. It came back at $179.

Went there to get a tire repaired from a nail and replaced on my vehicle. I had to use the spare…read moretire to get there . Easy to get an appointment, the person who checked me in was very nice. The tire was patched and replaced. Ok, good My issue is that there seemed to be total disregard for my vehicle. When I got back in to leave, the steering wheel was absolutely filthy, caked with dirt. Yes, auto mechanics hands get dirty, but I've never seen anything like that. The compartment in the back of my vehicle where the tire tools are stored was left completely open, the lid kind of thrown into the back of my car instead of just putting the lid on. Then the cover for the hole where the tool is inserted to lower the spare was missing. I went back in and they did eventually find it after about 10 minutes of looking. I am glad the tire was fixed but just seems like they should be more careful with the vehicle.
