I took the truck in to a different Chevy dealership for an oil change and tire rotation and I was told the truck needed a front end alignment and they refused to rotate the tires because the wear on the front tires was too extreme. I reached out to Sonju and was told the sales manager would call me. So far, nothing. Beware and move on. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.​

After 2 weeks, they wanted to "pause" working on it because they had no more ideas of what to do. So, after 2 weeks and $4200, they had no idea what to do. I took it home and also discovered the amp for my radio had gotten burned out while they were working on it. I took it to a diesel shop, where they cleared it out of limp mode, which was the original problem, in a very short time. They charged less than $300. Then I had to bring it to another dealership, no way was it going back to Sonju, to get my amp replaced for another $1000. I'll never bring anything to Sonju for repairs again.
