I decided to get a second opinion at a different location and like magic the guy brings me my watch perfectly working again after I was told by the 27 st store it's dead and a new battery won't fix it. I don't know what shadyness happened at the 27 st store but the Hales Corners store pulled off a miracle or just did there job and satisfied a walk in customer, who knows. The customer experience with the two stores are night and day for such a simple transaction. I seriously can't understand two different outcomes from two locations with one watch.

I came here to get my Fiat key fob battery replaces, which is over $100 at the dealer, but only a tad over a tenth that price here. I watched part of the process and although maybe I could do it myself if I had the oddly specific tool, but probably not. I would have been in and out if I wasn't distracted by the flashlights I don't need but can't seem to resist. I recommend this place if you need need batteries or light bulbs. I suppose it's a pretty good name. Right next to a bakery to make the trip tastier.

The guy who helped me came back after a few minutes and informed me that after two good batteries were tried the watch is basically junk because a new battery didn't make my watch function anymore. Well I threw it in my junk drawer and forgot about for years after buying a replacement watch, fast forward years later and my atomic watch which doesn't have a battery actually stopped working. Before I replaced my current watch I remember my old watch and thought how about a second opinion and I went to the Hales Coroners location and after 5 minutes the guy handed me my supposed junk watch working perfectly with a new battery, WTF BS is going on at this location and why would you completely lie to a customer or maybe he thought he could get my watch thinking just throw it away for me if it's junk. I'm completely on the fence about ever using this company again and just going to a jewelry store like I have done in the past. This is seriously a stain on the batteries plus brand and shame on them.

The crew that works the night shift currently is not welcoming and makes me want to avoid that location. It wasn't even the fact I bought 5 and parts (brake caliper brackets & gas cap)and 3 of them were the wrong parts. when I brought them back the employee that sold them to me didn't even seem to care and couldn't even give me a fake "I'm sorry man".. you know... for wasting my time and then sending me to a different location to get the caliper brackets... you know because they didn't have them in the first place. Maybe it's because I didn't come specifically to purchase something? It's nice that the OBD scanner is a free service that brings in customers. However, I'm not the fastest of walkers, especially lately with a pulled knee. I don't know where the sales rep was going in such a hurry when he didn't even know what car was mine. He even made it in the store behind the desk before I even had a chance to walk around the corner from the parking lot that's oddly placed to the side of the entrance. Kinda bummed at what the scanner detected personally. He did share the pricing of the parts, but not much info willingness to answer any other questions which just made me hesitant to pre-purchase parts for a mechanic.
