Used cars have a 1500 mile/30 day warranty. Our car had issues, so we contacted them…read more We were then told to go to another dealer to get it fixed. Finally a manager called back and is working on resolving this.

I bought a 2026 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X from Luther of Inver Grove recently then a few weeks later I…read moreordered the Nismo lift kit, front strut kit, rear shock, and the Axis bead lock rims. That order was about $4700. I had a local shop in my neighborhood put the struts together as I don't have a spring compressor. I completed the install today (looks awesome). I took it for a test drive and discovered I have massive clunking in the front end. Brought the truck back to the garage and rechecked all the bolts and nuts. All was tight the way it should be. I did some internet searching for others who installed the lift kit and ran across this YouTube video from a Nissan parts supplier (https://youtu.be/qielZ2v2Z3g?is=daU3oPh7BFMBcUV9 ). In a nutshell Nissan left out information and the lower bushing from the kit. Nissan has know about this for over a year. I called the dealer (talked to Dave) where I bought the truck and parts and explained the problem. I wasn't looking for a handout, just the missing bushings.Dave says I can bring the truck in and pay the hourly rate and basically said they (the dealer would do NOTHING) and told me to take it up with Nissan. You'd think after spending over 50k between the truck and added parts they could at least help in some fashion....nothing. Luther group will NEVER get another dime of my money ever again
