Gabe at the Yreka, CA location was a tremendous help today and helped out my family. I recommend if anybody has any problems, ask Gabe.

I'm just off the phone with batterystuff associates, Josh, and later Anthony were extremely rude,…read moreunprofessional, and impatient, could not answer any general questions, and were also not transparent about their company's policies. That is not the experience one would expect when dealing with a "reputable" company. In full honesty, I get much better responses when buying off eBay. I happened to be in contact with RV Upgrades and Aircraft Spruce associates, and their customer service is actually of high quality. This is just my experience and the data point for others who were trying to purchase battery-related products.

This is the response that i received. We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with this purchase. Regrettably as we are beyond 30-days from the original date of purchase, this would need to be processed as a warranty through the manufacturer directly. I would recommend you contact them directly. They can be reached via the following: https://www.pulsetech.net/about-us/contact-us.html, 800-580-7554 Please don't hesitate to let us know if you may need anything else. Thank you, I struggle with this as i choose to deal with companies that back the people that support them. If you are unable to look after customer service, don't sell the product.

I'm so happy to see this business open up in my home town of Grants Pass. I've been going to the…read moreone in Medford for years, so this will be really handy. On my visit to this new store today, I found it well stocked and spotless. The staff was very helpful in figuring out what batteries I needed for my Yamaha Waverunners. They had the batteries in stock and fully charged. So I was able to get things swapped out quickly. Their prices are reasonable and in line with other outlets. They also have a wonderful variety of other goodies. I can't help but try out their wide collection of super bright LED flashlights too. They have just about everything you'll ever need when it comes to batteries and light bulbs. All those pesky batteries that are strange sizes or voltages are all right inside hanging on a rack. So this place is a welcome addition in my opinion. Trust...

Started off with getting my girlfriend's screen replaced on a brand new iPhone 17. I would like to…read moremention that before getting the screen replaced they had to inspect the phone to make sure there was no previous damage, and it was flawless. 2 weeks later we had to come back because it was coming out of the frame and glitching/ not working at times and draining the battery within hours. Also the screen was visibly as cheap as you can get and all they did was glue it back down and refused to replace it. Then we came back a 3rd time when the manager was there and he forced us to give him the phone password to fix the phone and got pretty aggressive with me when I simply questioned giving the password to him. This made me decide to record our conversation when I picked up the phone. When I picked it up the screen was still popping out of the frame and he said the phone was bent (it is not). Then he proceeded to threaten to break the phone screen or I could leave with it the way it is.
