I talked with a employee there and explained to him i charged it and it doesnt seem to hold a charge. He then tells me that he can check it but without a receipt he cant replace it. I then asked him what was the date code on the battery and he said looked like a 2025 prob 10 months old. I then asked dont you go off date codes and he said yes but i still have to have a receipt to get it replaced. So i just left with the battery. Not a way to do business in a small valley. I have been in business for 26 years in the valley and would never have lasted this long if i did this to my customers. If you want good warranties and service go to Batteries plus. They replace the battery off the date even if you dont have a receipt. They will be getting all my business for all my equipment batteries from here on out.

After two hours, the work had not even started. While I waited, an employee rushed to replace the battery and cracked the display in the process. They replaced it at no additional cost, so I did not make an issue of it. The original display had no physical or functional issues before the visit. The replacement display was noticeably different in clarity and was not properly sealed around the FaceTime camera area. Less than a week later, the display stopped working. I called the same day and was told to bring it in the next morning. I arrived as soon as they opened, expecting the display to be repaired or replaced. After several minutes of paperwork, they opened the phone and accused me of having it repaired previously. I am the original owner, and no one had opened the phone before this visit. The interaction then became insulting and disrespectful. Overall, this was the worst in-person customer service experience I've ever had. The small cost savings were absolutely not worth the poor workmanship or customer service.

Finally, after the 2nd month Kelly's in Grants Pass said you need new batteries, the large battery has a bad cell. I paid almost $1,000 to exchange and troubleshoot battery problems. Finally, Battery Solutions took the batteries and charged them for a few days to verify. It was verified by Dave. It took 2 months to get a reimbursement from Battery Solutions for the large battery but would not take the little battery back. I had to call Dave for months to get a partial reimbursement. Be careful using this battery store.

Then we came back a 3rd time when the manager was there and he forced us to give him the phone password to fix the phone and got pretty aggressive with me when I simply questioned giving the password to him.
