The contractor came and took 4 hours to remove the drywall (it should have taken no more than an hour)...then he said they would be finishing the work with someone else. He was cleaning up and I was waiting for him to let me know the next steps....HE HAD ALREADY LEFT. I wait a couple days, giving them time to follow up and let me know when they will finish the work. Instead they send me an email asking for the bill to be paid. I tell them the work was not done. They give me some bullshit about mould removal....there was no mould. They left the debris behind for me to dispose of. They left a giant hole in my ceiling, then they had the nerve to ask me if I would like a quote to fix the hole. To be clear, I paid $325 an hour for them to remove 6x6 feet of drywall. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I emailed them to ask them the process and they said just bring it to any of their locations during business hours. My husband and I went on a Saturday morning. We parked and he went into the office to ask them where to drop it off. So there's a big dump in the back and you literally drive back there, add your stuff to the dumpster and drive off. Easy peasy. They recycle metals, so they don't take just anything, only items with metals they can recycle. So happy to get rid of our broken mini fridge, lol. (82)

Not knowing where to turn, I mined my FB contacts for recommendations. Tim was the first to respond to my online query. Further investigation showed that not only are they a family run business, but they also have an online booking system on their website. I absolutely HATE using the phone, so this was an added bonus for me. After booking online, I got an email reply from Jodie, who needed to slot a new time for me, since the one I chose was booked. She was very accomodating to my schedule. Alex showed up promptly at the time I was expecting him. He got to work right away. He put down a drop cloth to protect the area he was working in. He worked very methodically, clearly not his first rodeo. He answered all my questions, and once finished, presented me with a detailed bill of the work performed, and what he recommends in the future should the same problem persist. Absolutely terrible company to deal with…read more Our insurance company sent them when our tree fell on our fence. The project Manager Andrew Beaulac is clearly very inexperienced unable to communicate professionally. He quoted our fence replacement and we had questioned how low the quote was compared to the other quotes we received privately. He assured us that the quote included everything and nothing was missed. Now almost two months after we've agreed to go with them, they've collected our deposit and no work has been done and they kept telling us an end of august/September start date. We then started to get 3rd party fencing companies randomly calling or showing up to our house saying First Onsite sent them. Nothing ever materialized from these other contractors. We then receive an update quote from them that is almost 2000$ more than the original quote due to our neighbor's patio and stairs being in such close proximity to the fence. We discuss them completing the work and if the neighbor's property gets damaged during the fence replacement, they need to make sure it gets repaired. Which seemed to be reasonable. At this point they reply and say they are no longer able to do the work and back out. Now they've had our deposit for 6 plus weeks and keep telling us it's "in the mail" after delaying processing our reimbursement for over a week. The "national account manager" Rachel Weagant has been dismissive and clearly doesn't care about the situation. Our insurance is appalled with how the situation has been handled and me and my wife are exhausted dealing with this company. So now, the end of summer, back to square one. We're missing 2000$. We don't have a safe yard for our kids or our dog and we need to find an alternative fencing company. Give us our money back!
