From the Brandon to Nick, Sebastian, Joel and Max, you cannot find more knowledgeable people about Micro Brews all across the United States than them. Cute little hidden taproom upstairs with big windows...and they have a lift for ADA purposes. Nice touch. So, why two stars? It's a neighborhood spot and I'm sure the staff there knows the locals...but when you stop in, look at the cooler section for a while, go upstairs, have a few tasters, then back downstairs to purchase a few cans, and the vibe isn't all that friendly....it makes you hesitant to return. read more

Unfortunately we didn't get to really experience this bar! We popped in on a Wednesday only to find out it was time for last call just before 7pm! From our quick visit it definitely seems like a local bar where everybody knows everybody! The bar features beers from around California! For non beer drinkers, there doesn't seem to be other options! The bar is located above a store: the store contains everything you need for home brew! Plus you can get beer and other refreshments! Found this spot on my way from Oceanside to Los Angeles. It's a small beer store and they also sell supplies for everything that is needed to make your own beer. You can go upstairs and it has a cute beer bar. The bartender was so nice and told me a bit about the place. This is a super casual vibe and check the hours to make sure they are open if you want to go late at night. I would definitely stop in again when I am in the area. read more

My go-to place to get single cans of craft beers. When the cashier is free, they are generous to give advice on which cans to buy. They also have this beef jerky from Temecula which is fresh. I haven't been to the bar upstairs but this seems like a lively local spot. read more

Friendly service, great beer selection and just a nice casual ambiance. When Escape was closed for the day I decided to check out this place for a quick beer and I was not disappointed in the least. Fantastic brewery! The tap room has an excellent selection and friendly staff. Very helpful with questions if you're interested in trying different stuff. They even have packaged drinks for sale to enjoy at home. Clean bar, bathrooms, and outside seating available for larger groups. O'Shea has been known for their home brew beer supplies and their well stocked craft beer fridge where you can buy individual cans, and recently (Nov 2021) they opened a tap room on the slightly hidden second floor upstairs behind the beer fridge. The tap room addition makes this place a true destination for beer lovers as you can sample a good variety of craft beer as well as take some to go and learn about making your own. You can also buy a can or two to share with friends in the taproom. Definitely a great stop across from the Metrolink station across the street. read more

Who doesn't love to brew their own beer or find one of those hard to find beers that your totally going to enjoy either by the bottle or by the keg if that's the case then you've come to the right place! Inside you will find everything you need to make your own beer at home from little kits to huge bags of malt that are perfect for that huge batch of beer you know you want to make! This really is a beer lovers store as they have an abundance of pretty much everything you can think of to get your brew going or to add more to your already impressive home brewing or tap system which is super cool because this is about the only store in south county that I can think of that has this huge selection of materials needed to make the brew! We've also came here over the years to get kegs as they have a huge selection of different beers some of which I haven't found anywhere else when it comes to being inside a keg! The staff here has always been friendly and super helpful when it comes to what is needed to get your home brew going and to what is needed when it comes to getting that perfect keg! Overall I'm sure we will be back here again soon the next time I'm running low on my brew supplies as it's close to home and they have reasonable prices for being just about the only place in the area that carries all your brewing needs! This place is a hidden gem! Although it's small, they have craft brews from places you can't find in local groceries. Selection of beer is small mostly IPAs and barrel aged stouts, but they have beers I've never seen before. They also have brewing equipments in the back, which is great for home brewers. I got a bottle of blind pig from Russian Brewing Company, was $7, but so worth it~ Highly recommend checking out their Instagram page for their latest brews that come in. I've passed this place an innumerable number of times. I was under the impression they were just a brewing supplies store. I finally stopped in by chance because there is a brewery which just opened a few doors down. The brewery was not open for the day yet but I stopped by O'Shea's because they were. I challenge u to verify with "untapped". They have a brand new beer bar upstairs, great atmosphere, again with stupid good beers. Home brew needs? No one is more equipped to provide those hard to find equipment, yeasts, kits. After some Yelping I found O'Shea literally 2 minutes away from my house so I called them and they had my favorite Beer " Mother Earth Cali Creamin". At one point it felt like this place was not open to the public and I was crashing their party. Maybe it was just an off night. They have a great selection of beers and a cool space, just wish my overall experience was better. At this point, I would not chose to go back and sit upstairs to have a cold one.
