My wife and I made the decision to purchase a bulk cyclinder of CO2 for our Soda Stream. I yelped sources for tank purchases, convenience of refills, reasonable prices, and awesome customer service. Giant CO2 checks off all four requirements! I stopped by their location on a recent Friday morning. The front door to the office, adjacent to the visitor's parking area was locked so I walked over to the first roll up door where there are several orange traffic cones. This, I later learned is where one is suppose to go for ant type of service need. After speaking with a very friendly and helpful staff member, I purchased a 5 lbs. cyclinder that was pre-filled with CO2. Pre-Tax was $109.00. After tax total due was $119.08. I really appreciated all the information and helpful tips explained to me in a very casual, friendly manner. Yes I could've ordered an empty cyclinder for less money, and fill/refill closer to my place of residence, but after the great customer service I experienced, I'm willing to stop by after work and wait until they open at 9 AM (Open M-F only). read more

Fast and easy refill for CO2 tanks. Very polite and efficient service. Only cons are that they close early by 2pm during weekdays and are not open on weekends for walk-in service. Also, they recently raised their prices by $6 to $34 for 20lb tank refill which is a 21.4% increase. Wish they offered cheaper price for 10lb or 15lb tanks, but nope - same $34 price (as of 7/21/23). Also, for safety and liability, they will not load or unload your tanks off your car/truck, so make sure you can lift yourself or bring extra help. Note: this biz refills gas for other businesses, so go directly to them. Don't go to those brewery places where they're too lazy to do a full refill for you. read more

We purchased a used co2 tank off of marketplace for what we thought was a good deal for our home sparkling water maker. We called around the find the best pricing to refill it, which happened to be giant co2. When we showed up and were promptly notified that our tank had expired and needed to be inspected again. Bummer. More money. But seriously, these guys have been so nice and easy to work with. Their pricing for refill is the least expensive in the closest cities and they are the nicest. I have had nothing but positive experiences from purchasing tanks, refilling, and getting them hydrostatic tested every 5 years. The staff is always friendly and personable. Been a customer for over a year the delivery guy is always pretty rude, but today he came to do the refill I wasn't at the shop to write a check and he said well we have to take the tanks which wasn't going to happen basically had to get a customer to throw him out acted like a little gangster! If your a business just get ur own tanks and get them refilled yourself these guys take 2 tanks everytime they say they have to which is not right just making money off nothing other places are cheaper!!! They also sell many other gasses, including Helium, Nitrogen and Guinness gas.
