Eida provides an amazing experience. I have had the one hour and 90 minute massages. She not only has a wonderful, strong touch, she adds many little details I have not experienced elsewhere such as a warming eye mask and strategically placed hot stones. Today I had a hot stone massage and WOW. I love when a masseuse pays attention to areas of my body that need extra TLC and intuitiveness. I recently saw Barry for a massage after being gifted with a certificate to O'Shin Healing Spa from my bestie who wanted to offer me reprieve from the stresses of life. It's hard to describe what a gift it was. First off, I was delighted to find that the massage room was very spacious (great ventilation) with a lovely and soothing ambiance. The table was comfortable, padded and warm - it was so easy to settle in and to finally exhale. On to the bodywork itself. Barry was masterful in creating the perfect balance between techniques that fostered deep relaxation and those that worked out the trouble spots of my musculature. He was able to identify areas that needed firmer pressure & extra attention and it became clear I was in the hands of a very well-trained therapist who incorporated various modalities rooted in Chinese tradition. It was an absolute treat! I noticed changes in my body in the days to come. I realized that I was in the beginning stages of a healing journey with Barry. Lisa is very good and she can do medium or hard. Best of all she doesn't massage you like you are pet, she gets in there and works out the tension under the tension that causes tension! Eida is amazing and so extremely talented at what she does. Her space is calming, clean and relaxing. I typically get the 90 minute deep tissue and she uses an impressive amount of pressure while still making the massage enjoyable. I love the hot stones, Himalayan salts, and other props to make each visit unique. She's also helped with my constant wrist and back pain and gives me suggestions on what to improve in my daily life. On Sunday, I experienced an incredible one-hour massage by Eida, an 1intuitive, wise, kind, and talented massage therapist. The massage was a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, and acupressure. Eida's immaculate, nurturing studio is in a lovely setting, complimented by soft meditative music. I sunk into the heated bed and as surprise bonuses when I turned over on my back, I was treated to a heated bolster pillow and soothing eye make.
