This is my second review for Frank and his awesome team. I had them paint my home exterior earlier this year and they were amazing so when I decided I needed some interior painting done too, it was an easy decision to call Frank again. My jobs were not very big but Frank said he'd fit them in as soon as possible. As it turned out, they were able to complete everything in one day and were as professional, fast, clean, tidy and efficient as before. I also had some dry wall repairs to bull nose corners that I'd badly botched. They were redone so well you can't tell the difference between the fix and the rest of the wall! Frank is very fair and transparent with his pricing and as his team finished in one day, he discounted the original quote. Who does that! Frank's crew just finished painting the exterior of my house and it looks fantastic! They handled everything from fixing areas where the stucco had cracked, to removing rusty fasteners and filling the holes, to the actual painting of the stucco and trim. Fantastic work at a fantastic price. I needed my garage doors repainted and made an appointment with Frank for 7am this morning. It was obvious that timeliness is very important to them because they showed up at exactly 7am on the nose. They were done in about 3 hours or so and now my doors look amazing. I must start by saying this is the first ever review that I have posted and probably will post because Frank and his team are that exceptional that I must say something publicly. I have had two experiences with him and both have been conducted with customer service and satisfaction being top priority. Last May I contacted Frank for an estimate to paint our kitchen and stair banister. Frank responded immediately, came out within days for an assessment and sent out an estimate to us that same evening. The work was done by his team quickly and efficiently. They were clean, courteous and respectful the entire time. Frank contacted us afterwards to ensure that we were happy with the finished work and we were. Fast forward to eight months later and there was an issue with the paint on the banister. I contacted Frank and without even seeing the issue he immediately stated that of course he would take care of it. No hassle whatsoever. Vicente came out last weekend and the issue was resolved. Frank again contacted me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Working with O Side Painting has been nothing short of a pleasure. Frank and his team are exceptional at what they do, professional and courteous. He puts the customer first and handles all things efficiently, professionally and with great integrity. Best painting service we could have imagined. We had several bids to have the entire inside of our house painted, including doors; and Oside Painting's bid came in at HALF of the others. They were able to fit us in quickly because we had a tough time frame; and the work was excellent. The crew arrived early, they were courteous and very hard working. The owner checked in multiple times to be sure we were pleased with the work. The following day, we noticed one small thing that had been overlooked; and he sent someone right out to fix it (it was very minor) and even knocked some off of the price. O- Side Painting just completed painting the exterior of my home and ahead of schedule. They did a fantastic job, they accommodated the fact that after a few hours I need to be able to see outside which is difficult when all the windows are covered. Disappointing. Don't bother with the 'Request a Quote', it's just a waste of your time and will likely be met with the typical 'Can we come see property' like I got after answering ALL THE DETAILED QUESTIONS and then giving EVEN MORE DETAILS AND PHOTOS. The next response was 'Can u call me for more details?', but of course when I did, IMMEDIATELY, it was straight to voicemail and no answer. Not how business should be done in my opinion, but draw your own conclusions. Disingenuous to have the 'Request a Quote' option and then be unwilling to fulfill that offer. It's nothing more than a hook. All I needed was, 'Hi, a job like this would roughly run from x to x without knowing any other details that could potentially affect the estimate. THEN you ask for the call and or property visit. Not unreasonable and meets the professional standard without locking them into a specific $ amount. Or, you just do the 'hook' angle so you can 'feel out' what someone can/will pay. Wasted my time so this review was more than earned, but judge for yourself. read more

Frank came to my house to give me an estimate for doing a 3-part work: 1) Repaint wall and ceiling of 1st floor. 2) Repaint the 2nd floor. 3) Repaint the exterior. After discussing with him my options, we decided that everything would depend on how well item 1) was completed. He sent me an estimate for item 1), which I considered to be highly competitive with what I have received from others, except that his came with a 5-star rating on Yelp. I decided to try my DIY talent and did the repair of the wall and ceiling, which came out well. So, I decided to do the painting as well. This rating has nothing to do with his work, but more to the professionalism he has displayed when I chose a different route than one that normally would have benefited him. read more

Our house was in need of exterior painting and some stucco repair. I reached out to several local painters and ended up choosing O-Side Painting for multiple reasons. Yelp reviews were very favorable, Frank's bid was very competitive and his communication was quick and remained so throughout the entire process. His team that did the job was very punctual and courteous. Lesson learned from previous experiences had me ask for excess paint to be provided at end of job for touch-ups from normal wear and tear.
