My daughter on 6/8/23 during the daytime was doing multi loads because lice were found in her subsidized apartments. every pillow, sheet, comforters, mattress pads, bathroom rugs, 16 towels, stuffed animals, and children's clothing as well as that of the single mom of 3 entire wardrobe were stolen by one greedy lady driving a late model dark Jeep Grand Cherokee , when my daughter stepped out to check on her kids in a nearby motel and get a bite to eat. What the lady left behind or couldn't grab was bagged and out in a storeroom so others could use the dryers . We have had to our out almost $300 to help her replace things. Not to worry. She was caught on camera, as well as the licence plate... so hopefully the police will get her! Karma is coming!

Apparently they take card payment somehow in addition to the normal quarter-style that's usually employed. I think they have wifi too if you care enough about your clothes to actually sit there the whole time :) They also have what appear to be those semi-fake virtual gambling machines. Strangely, there's another o-town laundromat (adams av) about 2 blocks west on the same street. I used to go to that one and it was OK but it was always more crowded (inside and in the parking lot), there's fewer machines that seemed of lower quality and/or older and only one small picnic table type thing for a "folding area". The 24th st location has multiple very large high tables for folding and seems about 4-5 times the square footage with fewer patrons. Parking is also easier as you can park on the street right out front or in the parking lot that suspiciously never seems to have cars in it whenever I go. Don't know why I spent so much time reviewing a laundromat...

I've been to a couple of others and they don't even compete. The machines are always kept clean, the bathrooms are super clean and the whole place is just kept really nice. I give it a 4 star because the only thing I would complain about is how high the prices have gone up since I've been coming. It's definitely not horrible and I don't mind too much since it's really well-kept.

I come back to pick it up after being promised that it would be ready today just to be told that it now won't be ready till after 5 pm on Monday. I leave Monday at 7am to drive to Nevada. They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. Now I get to be embarrassed when I go to the Marine Ball because I won't look as good as others. Happy Veterans Day to me. I will never come to this cleaners again.

Collars on both casual and dress shirts were often pressed too high, sometimes leaving ties exposed in the back. Billing has been a recurring frustration. Every single visit, their system flagged my card as declined--even though my bank confirmed no charges were declined. Swapping cards would "fix" it temporarily, but the problem returned the next time. Every time. Quality control is inconsistent. One example: a button replacement on shorts cost more than expected, yet the button popped off after only two wears. Bottom line: The fast turnaround and convenience don't outweigh the quality issues and billing headaches. The staff are pleasant, but the quality assurance just isn't there.
