This Farmers Market is held every Tuesday at Kaiser High School parking lot from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. You park on the same area and walk down to the vendors. I think there two rows of vendors. I really like this market also because they have a lot of Japanese food vendors. It was a little difficult to decide what to get for dinner. I got food from three different places. I got the takoyaki. You can get the original or you can get it with cheese. We went with the original. Then we got Nabeyaki udon and tempura bowl from another vendor. And at the last vendor we got a kakuni bowl. They were all decent prices and it was still nice and hot when we brought it home since we live so close. All of the food was good. For the Nabeyaki I had to make the broth they provided but it only took a few minutes. My husband liked the kakuni bowl and I think it was only $10. I will definitely be checking this place out again. I saw a lot of dessert places that I wanted to try too. I wanted to keep circling and checking out more places but my daughter kept telling me she had to go to the bathroom. If you come, I'd recommend you come early because some vendors were running out of things and most importantly, have your kids use the bathroom before.

Very scenic and beautiful, makes for instagram-worthy pictures. It was also hot! So don't forget your sunscreen, sun hats, umbrella, etc. we stopped at the concession stand to try their famous lemonade and corn bread. Both were delicious. There's also a petting zoo and a cow train for the keiki. Fun summer activity for the whole family.

So, all you people out there who have never visited Waimanalo Country Farms, this is your chance. I did the hay ride. You get to hear a live story from the driver. No such thing as prerecording. It's like a historic museum ride about this farm. This farm strictly ran by a family of six generation if I remember correctly. I also got to try their lovely pumpkin pie and sweet tea. They were extremely fresh and good. I like to believe that they made it from scratch since they have all the ingredients.

Saw this market advertised on Instagram and never heard about it prior. The market in the video…read morelooked really pretty and huge and their videos looked stunning with breathtaking views and food options. They are located in a residential area that's gated in the back of waimanalo. You might pass by some loose dogs in the area so just drive a little slower when you're there. There are some signs and people to direct you where to go and park. When we got there the market itself had no more than 10 vendors which was a mixture of food retails and local crafts. My friend got the tacos - one quesadilla was about $12 and it was really small but it was apparently tasty. There was a lot of talk of the fried chicken which comes out at about 10am. I was honestly done in 10 minutes or less and was debating on waiting for it or not. The chicken was $15 and included a drink. Deboned and super crispy. However it was kind of dry since it was boneless chicken. They also have free grocery items (bread, milk, eggs) depending on what they have that day that they give out which I assume it's probably beneficial for the surrounding community but given to anyone that attends. They are dog friendly and open once a month. I think it's worth stopping by if you happen to be in the area only.
