I had a sprinkler leak and reached out to them for repair. They showed up promptly the next day, identified the problem, dug up the section of piping and repaired in an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Every other home services…read moreprovider that I have dealt with in 30 years of owning a home will waive or put the fee towards whatever work needs to be done. If you decide to go with someone else or not do the work then you get hit with the fee. I'm OK with that. But that's not how this company operates. I had a leak. Adam showed up. I showed him the leak. He dug it up and fixed it and charged me. Perfectly fine. And then they charged the $110 on top of that. They refuse to waive it. IF you're OK with this policy, then you will probably like them. IF like me, you think this is not customer friendly, then be aware and you may want to consider one of the many alternatives. I was a repeat customer for them with winterizations, spring start up, etc. Because of their policy, they lost my business. Edited in response to owner's comments as she is leaving out critical information. Donna R says she listened to the call but she is leaving out that she also heard me comment about the fee and express dissatisfaction with it. She also heard me say that the leak was in the same place where last year they replaced a valve component. I expressed on the call that I thought it would be a warranty repair. THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying. And regardless of whether or not I was told up front, it is not a customer friendly policy. One that I would not have accepted if not for the possibility of warranty coverage. And one that i will not accept moving forward. And no, Donna R., I'm not calling the office to discuss. I don't need to hear you explain the policy again. It is what it is. Charge your customers all you want. If they don't care, good for you. I care.

In the two weeks, I explained to them my back lawn would be dead. I left messages and no one ever got back to me. Terrible company. I'd never use it. I didn't realize they were a chain. Go with a small mom and pop company. You're much better off. They'll really care about you instead of just being a number.

Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. My neighbor has "no" sprinklers and his lawn is near perfect. Unfortunately the company is run from the office and no one monitors the worker's performance. The Proof Is in the finished product!

Great experience! Highly recommended!…read more I came to Yelp to get quotes for the Springtime turning on of my sprinkler system. Ted from Xtreme was one of the respondents. He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.
