We were a party of 6, waited outside for 45 minutes in which 20 of those minutes we saw an empty table for 6. No enforcement of wearing masks. Just returned from Oak & Stone. Sign on front door states that masks are required. Yet I saw at least 20 people walk in without a mask and staff made no attempt to enforce mask requirement. As a result, I would not recommend going there as they do not enforce Covid protocols. read more

Great concept with a variety of beers. The food was unexpectedly flavorful and delicious. However if you're going to showcase all these beers, make sure it's cold!!! Service could be a little better. Lady was annoyed we had such a large party and didn't even sit us close to our group even though there was plenty of space. Terrible customer service ! Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wanted to be treated like they exists. We had to ask others to find our server multiple times. Only to be told that she was busy and walked away from. When trying to order food she would walk away from us mid sentence. I ordered a coke and apparently they don't have coke products. I was brought and charged for some gross soda that was dropped at our table with no explanation that it wasn't what I expected I ordered. I have gone to Oak and Stone 20 times in the past two months and have had the opportunity to have amazing service, amazing food and overall outstanding customer service. The staff that work here are so patient and kind and caring. I just went for their brunch on Sunday and was beyond amazed with the food and the quality. You would think this being a beer place would not be so clean but it is the complete opposite. The place is sanitized especially during this time of uncertainty. I just wanna mention the bathrooms they are spotless and that means that the staff take the pride in where they work to uphold the quality of the business. I recommend if you have not gone here yet go immediately. And if you are fortunate enough to have soshie or Anna as your waitress you will be in for a treat. read more

I just moved to Naples and have been to this place for pick up only, three times in the last month. Today I walked into pick up my order. There was a man standing in front of me to pick up an order and while I'm waiting for them to assist him while maintaining my social distance yet still in line to be helped, another couple walks in. As soon as they walk in (white man and woman) the three employees behind the counter say hello to them and ask how they can help them. Totally disregarding me, the Latina woman, standing in line and next in line, at that. I say out loud, how great is it that I stand in line, order ahead of time and no one acknowledges me yet all of the white people are acknowledged. The white couple turns to look at me and still waits to be seated and again, are helped first. And to top all of this off, the pizza was cold- I ordered while I was in the parking lot so no way this is acceptable. Great way to express who you're interested in taking money from. When you call the business number it states you can be put on a reservation waitlist or take reservations for parties of 8 or more. However, none of that is true. The yelp waitlist is not effective. Your customer service is the worst. You are losing customers right and left with your false advertising. read more

O&S recently opened and has been jammed every time I've gone. Expect a wait! I received decent all around service. The electronic beer taps are a very cool way to try as many different beers as you would like. I decided to try their pizza and it was delicious. I'll be back for more pizza! read more
