Beware when you return items. According to the woman at the…read morereturn desk, Home Depot doesn't exchange items, they only refund and you have to buy product again, even if it's the same item. I bought my wife a pair of garden gloves for $8.47 but they were too small. Since I couldn't exchange for a larger size, I had to get a refund, then pay the "new" higher price of $9.97. Guess I should have run back to HD the same day. Oh well, lesson learned.

This week our house was skipped, so I called mid-day and the person who answered the phone said she'd contact the driver. Who knows if she really did, but she said they were trying a new system and they'd be here later. They never picked up our yard waste. I called this morning and a very rude woman said we had not paid them, but if we did, they'd pick up our yard waste next Friday. There are several things that are wrong with this. We have been customers for 13 years at the same address, but that didn't seem to matter to her. Secondly, my husband has advanced stage COPD and congestive heart failure and is in the hospital often, so he must've missed the bill. No matter to them that because my husband is on 5 liters of oxygen 24/7 our grandsons came to put the yard waste out and we can't very well leave it curbside for a week, nor can we store it for a week. So, now my husband and I had a neighbor help us load the 6 bags of yard waste into our truck and my husband has driven it out to Belton where he'll drag his oxygen bottle and the hose to his nose to unload and empty the bags THEY should've picked up. UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We paid them for this year, but will be looking for a different service.

He came to my house of course for an additional fee took care of the problem and my lawnmower is running like a charm. It was $160 a little pricey, but I think it was worth it. It's very convenient. I did have problems with making an appointment online. They actually did not have my appointment, but they rectified it immediately and was able to send out a technician so I would suggest if you make an appointment online to call and just verify.

They said it will be about 2 weeks but I was able to get it back in a tad over a week which was pretty amazing. The only problem is While they had my generator a button got broken and nobody fixed it or told me about it. When I got home I ran the generator to make sure it was fixed, thats when I discovered the broke button. Not to much of a big deal because I called the shop right away they ordered a replacement on the spot no questions asked. In all it was a little inconvenience nothing major and they handled it all like professionals The generator runs perfect btw and yeah I would definitely go back here because you can tell a shop is pretty great by the way they handle problems. They handled it great! everyone is really friendly and they do great work. The 4 stars isn't to discourage people it's more of a simple reminder to look over your equipment.

Purchased a gas dryer and installation including $20 charge for install kit…read moreWhen delivery arrived the gas line from dryer to ceiling pipe was too short to reach so installer suggested my husband go purchase another gas line from home depot that was 12ft or he himself extend the pipe from the ceiling to meet the new gas line. My husband left to go to home depot and the installers left. (The home depot told him they do not have gas lines longer than 5 ft) I am now without a working dryer that costs $900!!!!!!!! My husband went back to home depot and spoke with the manager and she was going to have an installer call us. Two days later some girl called to tell us she would refund us $20 for our install kit purchase We have not heard from their installer( has been 3 days) We will have to hire someone to extend the pipe so we can install this dryer Don't buy any appliances from these guys
