However, it was very disturbing that my family member passed away a few months ago And aside from the fact that I'm still receiving multiple surveys in the mail one was addressed to my deceased family member and went to that home address. This was a survey on the funeral home experience. I had to call this morning and inform them. I spoke to John, and he was extremely apologetic and stated he would speak to the owners to make sure that this doesn't happen again. I'm not even sure how this happened in the first place being the deceased name and address weren't on any of the paperwork aside from the death certificate. It's pretty much one of the last things a grieving individual needs, and it was made worse by the fact that I had a travel to get the mailing. In my opinion, I don't find this appropriate or excusable.

She has an gift of being able to handle greiving people and help them make the right choices. She relieved much stress and was available when needed. I would have given 5 stars based on the whole experience except for an older gentleman who was there for the wake after Kelli had left. He was grumpy and mean. He yelled at my daughter for passing out sympathy cards even though I asked her to do it. And he not only hit on guests that came but had the nerve to ask my mother (the one who just paid thousands of dollars to this place and just lost her husband ) if any of her lady friends were available. Seriously.? No wonder he's still single. Based on him I wanted to give 1 star as it only stressed me out more than I already was.
