He continually checked in on me throughout the self serve process until it was complete and answered any questions that I had. This was especially helpful to me as I am legally blind and don't necessarily present as disabled, and it was really nice to not need to bring this up in order to get the level of service I need. Joe did it automatically. He even reminded me not to forget my glasses as I left and to the lady next to me making copies to be sure not to forget her original in the machine.
