The self-serve Print Station is so easy to navigate and communicates courteously estimating the cost of the print jobs for us before we make our final decision. The Paper they provide is noticeably high quality as well to help us represent our documents with the most well poised and polished energy! I also wandered around to the store and adopted a cute Folder to help me keep my papers organized in an adorably fun and uplifting doggie lovers style. My son was given a piece of blue paper from his school to make an art project. He ruined it, so I had to make an emergency run to this store. Eventually, the construction paper that they sold does not carry that blue paper that he needed. So the nice employee took me to their copier-fax-etc center. They eventually have that blue paper that I needed. I wanted to pay for it but they insisted that I can have that one piece of paper. That was very kind of them. I came in to the printing department to print 30 birthday cards for my twins birthday party. I had a flash drive and I did not want to use all my I personal ink, so I came here to do business. Richard assisted me throughout and was very detailed, honest about pricing, and made the experience seem less. I wanted to come here to explain my unpleasant experience with this Staples location. I had previously gone to this staples in person to get my wedding Save the Dates printed on Vellum paper. I purchased the last pack available so i was not able to get the quantity i needed all at once, but i wanted to start this process so i said id order more paper online when i knew exactly how many more i needed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told by a very nice young lady that they would do their best to print on Vellum and explained the issues with how the printers grab this type of delicate paper.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm aware of this being a graphic designer, the printers at my work won't grab Vellum but i was just grateful that they'd help me in trying. It eventually worked with adjusted printer settings! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fast forward a few weeks later, I call the store and spoke to the manager Lucy about purchasing more Vellum paper online so I can get more prints. She immediately said that her store/printers/employees do not print on Vellum paper and that if i bought it online, they wouldn't be able to take "outside" paper even though it's from staples online store.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I explained that other workers made it happen for me just a few weeks earlier and she said that those workers were not supposed to and that she couldn't help me further with my request.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was shocked at the contradiction i was hearing and definitely shocked about the lack of problem solving. Especially now that i know Staples can send out more complicated print requests to get them done if they can't in store. 4 people struggling with the self print when I went in tonite, late, for last minute business printing needs. The young gal behind the print desk tells me she can't print my document I have to wait for one of the self help printers everyone is obviously struggling with. "Can't you just help me? I do this all the time" I asked only to be given a sarcastic roll of the eyes and the "sir you instructions are simple just follow the screen prompts and..." After 15 minutes and 2 small charges to print out what I didnt want to print out... I give up. I'm driving 15 more minutes to Office Depot. I don't blame the employee. I blame management. I wanted to write a good review about this place because the store is really clean and organized and ultimately, I found some of what I needed --but the customer service was pitiful. There was no greeting of any kind when my husband and I walked in yesterday, which, okay isn't a big deal honestly. We were searching for trading card sheets, and they happened to be near two associates who were chatting. We both passed through them while offering an "excuse me" and one of them, the woman with dark hair and glasses gave us a look as though were inconveniencing her and interrupting their conversation (which, I mean, you're in retail, which means you're going to deal with the public --maybe they didn't get the memo). Anyway, it was odd, considering we didn't ask them for help, nor were we being anything but polite. To tell you the truth, I wouldn't have asked for help anyway due to the vibe I was getting from all employees on the floor. There were exactly 5 employees out on the sales floor --and not one of them greeted us OR asked if we were looking for anything in particular, which we were; I much rather preferred to look for everything by myself with the help of none of these employees. It's surprising because when I've gone into other locations (or even Office Depot), usually the staff is great. The only pleasant aspect was that the cashier, Kim, was friendly. If you need office supplies, I suggest to go to any other retailer other than this Staples. Employees there, including management, are not willing to help their customers. I went there to simply get markers and presentation boards and not one enployee was willing to look at their inventory to see if they had any stock available for what I was looking for. I had already told them that they didn't have any supplies on the shelves for what I was looking for. The first response that I got was, "I work in the front. I don't know what we have in the back." Next response was, "What we have on the floor is what we have." It now makes sense to me why Staples as a company is not doing well. Save yourselves the aggravation and avoid this place. read more

Bought an office chair that they recommended and it has worked wonders, comfy, sturdy and its perfect for my home office. Also bought HP Office Jet Pro with 5000 pages and its amazing. Ive gone through several printers and this is the first one that hasn't had any jams or misprints, I work in real estate and have to do a lot of printing so this is a definite recommend. I did have one problem with a wireless charger for my iPhone 8, it didn't work but even though I didn't have my receipt, since I had the original packaging and they were able to track down the sale date, I got store credit, which I used for some very nice folders. I love this store, customer service is always helpful and their managers are super polite. My go to office store. read more

DIY Copier review only: The self-serve copiers here are maddening to worthless. They are preset to high quality paper to get more PENNIES out of you. Then they are neutered so you can't Rotate, can't Scale, and can't Lighten/Darken. If you want to do those basic things, I guess have have to pay for the employee service. I typically print from a file, and it takes 4-5 tries of wasted paper/ink/time to have coworkers reformat things repeatedly and send back to me in a way that they come out normal on these copiers. So now the time of TWO people is wasted. They print normally if I just drive home and try there. read more

I came here because my printer ran out of ink and I needed to print something fast. I was surely disappointed as the computer took a long time to load as in it seemed like their internet connection was still DSL. This was annoying because I was literally paying by the minute for it to load and find the web address of my email. I finally got to my email and it took another couple of minutes to load the document I needed to print. The last straw was that they were gonna charge me $4 to print 4 pages, really $1 each page!? So I cancelled the whole thing and then the computer froze and I wasn't sure if it logged me out, I had to get someone to make sure that they were still not charging my credit card. Im adding two stars because the customer service was good. The attendant helped me make sure that I wasn't getting charged anymore. I literally went to fedex/kinkos the same day and it took seconds to log on and print my stuff. read more

This is the closest Staples from my house and I'm just so impressed with the customer service here. Every time I come in here, the workers offer their service right away. I remember about 5 workers asking if I needed help in a single visit. When I ask them where a certain product is located, they are willing to walk me over to the aisle and hand the item to me. I even bought my Galaxy S3 here on Black Friday since they were offering the phone for 50 dollars when you start a new plan. Yeah, I know retail stores should have good customer service all the time, but a lot of stores just don't have it these days. There is a woman worked there, that I saw her every time I go in. I think she is the manager! She is lack of customer service skills. She looked irritated and don't want to be bother with, when I asked for help. First when I asked for help she wouldn't even look at me. She answered me while she was still doing whatever she was doing. I asked her to help me see if the product I was going to buy will fit in any standard desk file cabinet holder. Her face says it all and she kept repeating "it should fit in any standard desk and it's not that hard to figure out." she continues " Play with it at home and if it doesn't work bring it back." That was the point, I was trying to avoid buying it and end up going back to return it. I wish the Kinko is in our area. They have the best customer service ever.
