Oak Park Cleaners is my go-to for any kind of dry cleaning service. We've never had an issue with them and all of our clothes has always turned out great. However, I do think they are a little sketchy with their prices. You cannot find their prices anywhere online, and they have them on a tiny piece of paper next to the registry which I think is pretty sketchy (I've included the photo of their prices on my review). Also, the price to only press your shirts is the same as a full dry clean, which I think is pretty odd. Frankly I am in the hunt for another place to dry clean my clothes just cause I feel like there must be a better price out there, however I do come here for convenience. read more

Very upsetting that I paid so much money for all of my clothing to come back smelling awful like smoke and moldy. Smelled the odor as soon as I took them out of the plastic bag. I was going to take my clothing on a business trip and now I have to figure out a whole new wardrobe. read more

Dropped off my child's suit and she had one heck of an attitude. Did not think much of it and figured maybe previous customer gave her a hard time. The next day when I picked up the suit, he attitude was even worse. There are plenty more dry cleaners in SA! Sadly can't give zero stars. read more

Shady business and very dishonest company! They over charge by ask you to pay when you pick up your close which is done deal . I ask front desk and they never told me they charge $8 per none cotton shirt which my first question was what you charge and she said 3.80 and since you are first time customer 20% discount for 15 shirt and at end $92 charge was on my card ! read more

I took my jeans to get starched. They told me their starch is lighter than most and showed me an example. I was prepare for them not to be what I'm use too. When I put them on you can't even see the crease in the top of the pants. My cleaners back home uses powder starch so I don't want to here that used as an excuse. This cleaners is barely using starch to converse money and increase profits. I paid over $14 for two pair of jeans. I'm sorely disappointed. I can do a better job with an iron and spray starch. I'll never use them again and if you're looking for Cowboy starch they aren't even in the same universe as other cleaners. Second pic, I used a basic hotel iron without spray starch and was able to get a crease in the top. This is simply unacceptable and really a joke. Please just tell customers you don't starch jeans. Save yourself from getting any more bad reviews. read more

Overall, my experience with Oak Park was very negative. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and their lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this dry cleaning service to anyone. The front desk male person needs to be FAR away from the general public. Perhaps then you would have a better outcome and fewer bad reviews. As for the owner, Erika E., please take accountability for your poor quality of service and the front desk staff you hire. As a business person, your staff reflects who you are. I started an account with a card on file approximately 3.5 years ago. I received a bill of $700.00 and thought it was fraud. I stopped by Oak Park on Olmos and the worker called the owner. The owner said there was a glitch on the billing app and none of my charges were billed for the past 3.5 years. I think that deserved a phone call or a negotiation about the amount to bill but the owner took zero responsibility. I paid the bill but have zero respect for that owner/business. Then when going through my clothes at the cleaners I come to find the stains I sent to be removed were still there. By the way I just dabbed bleach on them when I got home and they came out. If the prices matched the cleaning than we would be on the same page! I feel like I got robbed today by Oak Park Cleaners. I took in (4) items. A pair of pants, long sleeve dress shirt, spandex dress, and a suit jacket. It was $40 and some change. OMG are you serious. I would have went to the 1.99 cleaners if I knew that. Jeezzz However, They do great work. Everything was hung up in a seperate plastic bag. From what I saw everything looked spotless. The people are always friendly. New customers get a great booklet of coupons. So, if you are willing to pay the price you will get the reward! read more

I have been very pleased with my experience thus far at Oak Park. I switched over to them from Clotheslines cleaners because of their location right by my house. The prices are about the same as Clothesline, and the service is great. All of my items are cleaned to my satisfaction, and pick up and drop off are very easy. It does take 48 hours as opposed to 24 hours for them to clean your clothes, but they do free pickup and delivery, so I guess that makes up for it. Taking some things there soon to be altered. Go somewhere else. My first visit I had to send a pair of pants back to get pressed again. Not a good sign. When I picked the pants up it didn't look like they did anything to them. Their excuse "the fibers must of broke so we couldn't get the wrinkles out". Really -_- 20 years of dry cleaning and that's a first. Staff is nice enough but I was charged for wrinkled pants. Was looking for a place to just have my jeans starched. Asked for heavy starch, confirmed it but didn't receive it when I picked up. Was told they don't use liquid starch...why wasn't this stated when I asked for heavy starch??? Pants were wrinkled and looked like I just washed and dried them at home. impressed with this place. i got their name from the previous owners of our house. i called to see if they do deliver and they do! they took down my name and took my credit card info so i was eager to see what they can do. the driver stopped by monday morning and gave us instructions on where to put the bag for pick up and hook for drop off. works like a charm! i put a pair of pants with a broken clasp in the pick up bag with instructions and they were repaired within a few days!! prices were less than the other dry cleaner i tried in my area and i'm so glad we found this place. read more

In town for a couple weeks for work and needed to clean some suits and shirts. The ratings here were pretty good and it was close by. Based on my experience the ratings didn't do it justice. Very pleased all around. Solid business, friendly and attentive staff on drop off. Being a first time customer I got a great discount and a book of coupons going forward. Great start but then, I wasn't a block away when they called and let me know that the pockets inside one pair of suit pants were torn . I was aware but had forgotten about it (good attention to detail here, cause my cleaner back home has cleaned that suit a dozen times and never mentioned it). I didn't think they could be fixed based on the condition of the tear, but the gentlemen indicated that they could save them and would charge about $10 for the repair. Went to pick-up and again everything was cleaned great, pressing was very detailed and sharp and everything was packaged well. So I checked the pockets not expecting much and was very surprised with the results. Great work for what they had. Wore the suit a couple days later and the pockets were a little smaller/shorter but were closed and felt like new! I am in town often for work and this will be my dry cleaner anytime I am. read more
