It's always a pleasure meeting other Greeks, and Petros, the owner, was incredibly welcoming; honestly felt more like catching up with family. The atmosphere is warm and unpretentious, and the service is genuinely personal. Their meat is of the highest quality I've had since Greece. If you happen to stop in on the weekend, definitely check out their hot specials. Overall, Prime Beef is one of those neighborhood gems that reminds you why local butcher shops still matter. High-quality product, great people, and a welcoming, community feel that's hard to find.

Not the best prices I've seen but not unreasonable. The staff were very helpful in checking to see if they can get hold of some rarer bottles. They have a nice selection of store picks as well, and seem to highlight everything from Jeppson's bourbon with different finishes (not talking Malort) to high end Barrell and Nashville Bottling Co offerings. There are some nice sales as well that are very tempting. Besides bourbon, a very nice single malt section. When I was there, there was a lively crowd at the bar talking world politics....interesting but the liquor they were consuming clearly didn't help them make salient points. Will check in here again soon and likely pick up a few more of their store picks.

Be careful buying liquor from the store. Purchased to cases of Black label 1.75L and when opened…read morethe second case month a half later, found 5 bottles instead of 6. Spoke with the store manager Kyle, and he acted as normal and gave ridiculous excuses. Not sure who is stealing whether store employees or their supplier but Manager's attitude suggested something is fishy how they are managing. I did not even ask for refund or replacement etc and just called to inform and let them acknowledge that they will look into it but he acted in a way that oh its normal and we can't do anything about it.
