She was impressively responsive, extremely personable, and exquisitely professional. I had so many qualms and anxieties headed into the shoot that quickly dispersed once I met her in person and we got started. Melanie opened up her beautiful home to me and made me feel at ease. She gave me plenty of direction while still allowing me to share my creative suggestions. She kept to her word on when the initial proofs were to be delivered and I was blown away by what I saw.
