Oddly, I look forward to appointments here because of all the pampering. The little details are what set this practice apart from the others. For example, during a procedure, I was given an eye shield so that particulate matter doesn't get in my eye; I was given headphones to listen to music of my choosing; I was given a hand mirror which I could use anytime I wanted to take a look to see exactly what was being done; the list goes on.
