He had come to stay with us and needed care, but didn't have an established vet in this area. I contacted Midway Mobile and they were quick to say they could help. We set an appointment right away. They kept in touch about their arrival and appointment time and handled everything on the spot. They provided step by step instructions about what they were doing and why. Thanks to them, the ear infection cleared in a couple of weeks and Riley was looking and feeling a ton better:). Definitely would recommend and use again in this type of situation.

Her and her staff are very thorough and provide high quality care. When my beloved dog, Smokey, was old and very ill it was so hard to say good bye. Dr. Greene made him comfortable and stood by my side. It was a very difficult time for me but she stayed with me until I was ready to walk away. Afterwards, she sent me a beautiful card with his paw prints on it. It was so touching! Shortly after, she got to meet the newest addition to our family, Smokey Jr. She has been taking care of him every since. We love Dr. Greene!

Dr. Green came to my bedside at the hospital to tell me the news and also that she knows a rescue who can help for a fund raiser for my Sunshine since I was facing 6 months of hospital bills. Thanks to Dr. Green, I was able to have another year with my girl. Also, when Sunshine got sick, Dr. Green took my girl to Dr. Green's own home to keep an eye on her overnight. She has gone above and beyond to help my Sunshine just as she has with all my other babies. I cant thank her and her wonderful office staff enough. The male doctor (luna/lunar said he could run the test (s) again but couldn't change or increase her medication. I explained what the cardiologist said about increasing the med she was on. The ER doc said he was not a cardiologist, that no cardiologist was on duty till Monday. I asked/begged him to call the cardiologist, he wouldn't. He then said," if I don't do what you ask, you going to get me in trouble." I was num. He repeated the comment as he was leaving the room. After a bit, I saw a doctor who had treated PeeWee the 5 days earlier. I requested peewees care to be hers. I waited too long. My baby, my service dog, my world could not breathe on her own. I lost her at 2:15 am on September 6, 2015. I couldn't stop crying so she wouldn't be aftaid. A ER doctor with no bedside manner, a careless idiot took whatever or whoever pissed him off earlier out on me and PeeWee. He shouldn't be allowed to treat any fur baby nor talk to any fur parent. pee-wee may have been almost 16 years old, but how many Chihuahuas do you know still have all their teeth at that age. She had better insurance than me and most Americans. She died because a veterinarian at Blue Pearl didn't want to make a simple phone call or refer me to a cardiologist. He was just worried about himself and doing more test without the care. No bedside manner. Be cautious, Dr. Lauren or Luna I've been looking for his picture to post with his name, but I can't find it within Blue Pearl again. . Blue Pearl owns other ER's, Tampa bay specialists on Belcher and Banfields. Look for his name and don't let him touch your baby.

When they came in the room after the exam they said the total would be over $500 , that included a $107 shot for the itching, ear cytology, ear medication, exam and immunizaions and fecal and heartworm testing and testing for mites. I told them I didn't have $500 and could they give me something less expensive. I told them to delete everything ( they had already done they ear testing, fecal and heartworm) before I was told the price. I asked if I could get a discount because I could not afford the $500 because we lost everything in the Hurricane, the Vet said , NO, this is a business! Please do not take your animals here if you are looking for a sympathetic, caring animal lover, seems the dollar is the bottom line. So we left with only the ear medicine, I could not afford the scratching treatment and she really didn't care , just let me go. I would not recommend Care Animal Hopspital of Seminole .

We showed up 10 mins early, after driving 45 mins from work and leaving work early and waiting over 25 mins the office receptionist said the vet can't see us bc she's seeing other pets and too busy. My daughter was completely bummed & we drove straight to another vet who was on the way out the door, but stayed to give her kitten the rabies shot and a thorough exam! I would be embarrassed to work at this vet's office. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and just plain mea--who breaks a 7 & 5 yo's heart for a 5 minute rabies shot. I am glad I no longer associate with such cruel people. Good riddance, soon other customers will walk away too!!!!
