same thing as others here - been here over a dozen times, zero times the pump worked correctly or at all. Owners don't care.

What's not to like. Conveniently located on a corner with easy in- out, we normally fill our cars gas tanks here. In addition, there is a convenience store, a Subway restaurant, air station for the tires and a drive-thru car wash. Save $0.10 a gallon when you opt to wash your car. The car wash has numerous packages to choose from to clean your car. The equipment is clean, the cleaning brushes do a great job and don't mark the car's finish. The air machine to dry the car does a decent job too although I like to dry around the doors, grill, trunk and wheels as soon as I get home (no residual dirt on the towel either). Save money by joining their club. Shell stations are located everyone so it's always convenient. By the way, it is open 24 hours at this location. read more

Staff is very rude. They only care about getting out of work on time, could give a shit less about customer service.

They are not open 24/7. Dont go there between 1am and 2:30 am. They lock there doors to clean.

I use this station a lot as it is very close to my house. However we filled the car up yesterday and today I just got hit with a $1,200 repair bill due to bad gas. I have to have the tank emptied and the entire fuel system cleaned and new plugs installed due to contaminants in the system. The station is working to help resolve the issue. read more

I don't ever complain or post negative things but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. They don't even deserve one star to be honest. Please please DO NOT use the Rally gas station and Car wash on the corner of Park Blvd and Oakhurst in Seminole. We went through in our Subaru Crosstrek and there is obviously something wrong with the wash. It ripped the cargo basket from the roof of our car, twisted the cross bars and then the basket landed on our hood causing a dent. So relieved that nobody was hurt. At first they apologized and took responsibility but now they are denying it and won't take responsibility at all. Have even told me to stay away or they will call the police for harassment. We have been very patient and kind throughout the last couple weeks since it happened. No harassment has occurred. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible business owners. Now we are stuck with thousands of dollars in damage. They are not responsible for small damages like scratches or even mirrors but tags force that would have to occur to rip a cargo basket off of a car is not ok. I only gave them 1 star because I don't think 0 is an option. I couldn't get any gas and that was my sole purpose for going there. This station is about a mile from my house and practically in my neighborhood so it's very convenient. That's the only positive thing I can say. The new touch screens that they got have never worked correctly. I stopped there last night after work and filled my wife's tank. The screens were working but were extremely slow and the system would not accept my rewards code. I went back this morning to fill my tank and the screen wouldn't work at all. Just kept spinning and spinning. I finally gave up and went to the Mobil on Park. In and out in 5 minutes with no issues. The time I wasted at Shell fighting with the touchscreen almost made me late for work. A few months ago I opted for the car wash, which I never do but the car was filthy. I got my code at the pump but it didn't work at the car wash. I had to drive through because there was a line behind me. I told the cashier what happened and she pretty much called me liar but eventually gave me a new code. That one didn't work either so I just left. I don't ever plan on going back here. read more

I purchased fuel here on January 10 of 2020. I pulled up to the pump and put my credit card information in and when I turned around to fuel the vehicle the gas filler was on the passenger side of the white Ford Taurus station wagon I was driving. Both of my Dodge products have them on the driver side. I got in the vehicle to turn it around and when I pulled back up to the pump the original start screen was on the monitor so I pulled ahead to the west pump and started over. A few days later I get another charge to my credit card for the same station at the same time. Somehow even though the screen reverted to the start screen on the original pump it did not remove my information and I was charged for somebody else's fill up. read more

I would stay away from this station, or make sure you don't use a debit card or credit card. I was using my debit card to check out using the card machine, I started verifying my information using the punch options suddenly the young lady behind counter put her hand on the machine and started finishing the process which shocked me. I told her, I want it to be a credit not debit she then accused me of selecting that option, which I did not, I said you reached in and took over card machine. She denied taking over said I ask for help, when I questioned what she did the girl began to get rude and anxious as she argue with me. I ask her who the owner was and she told me she was, trust me anyone who owns a business would not treat a customer as she did with me. I felt something suspicious about the entire situation, I declined my purchase and ask for the receipt. Shop at you own risk! read more
