I have made calls and was promise call back from everyone on staff no one cared enough for me to call me back tell me when my sister will be cremated or any updates. I went in April 1, paid for everything no balance was left I was told that day she will be going to be cremated that day or next, so why did Tommy (Thomas) call me April 29, telling me she have not been cremated as of yet because of documents was not complete but we went over everything so my sister have been on ice no calls until you notice she still there, I have been calling asking have she been cremated since April it took a month for ya'll notice a mistake. All there want is money, don't care about the living or the death. After weeks waiting for someone to call me I call on May 5, asking have she been cremated put me hold and said yes she ready so when was they going to call me and let me know I could come and get the ashes(never). So when I got there I was not happy. While waiting in the lobby its how caring they are and I was thinking they took that off of someone else site because Strong and Jones don't care, will not return phone calls it is so sad the way I was treated so I cannot tell any one to go to Strong and Jones. I'm not sure if Mr.Patterson regularly holds families loved ones remains hostage, what he has planned for my mothers ashes, and or why he told me that my family would pay a certain amount and that Strong & Jones would cover the remaining balance and now we're supposed to pull $1400 out of thin air when we thought it was covered... but you will not hear the end of me or my sister's until we've received my mothers ashes.

It was one debacle after another but the worst is that they misspelled my mother's last name and sent it off to social security. It took us weeks to unravel this and I never did receive death certificates from the funeral home but had to order them through the state. You cannot do anything without the death certificates and it took me almost 2 months to get them. Do not use either of these companies!
