Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

We think either friends/family are posting the reviews or people are being compensated in some way (free repairs?) in exchange for perfect reviews. It appears Jeffrey Mitchell is engaging in deceptive trade practices and illegal activity based on direct experience: 1. Attempting to extort unrelated income, excessive "repair costs", and unrelated "business expenses" from customers or else he won't return their legal property (hijacking valuable assets), while not actually performing the expected repairs. 2. Displaying extreme hostility, carelessness, damage, and overall abuse of customer property (including yard equipment, private property grounds) to "punish" them for not complying with the blackmail demands and/or to vent his frustrations with whatever his deep issues are. 3. Attempting to engage in physical confrontation (hostility, fighting) with customer attempting to protect their property and/or observe if any actual repairs were performed (or if harm was performed). 4. Theft or unexplainable "missing" small parts from customer property in order to (speculation only) repair other customers' equipment (i.e., to charge customers for "new" parts without spending money to buy the parts, which means he's potentially stealing from some customers in order to increase profits obtained from other customers). 5. Other verbal/physical threats of hostility and illegal activity such as threatening to falsify documentation to "justify" stealing property lawfully owned by customers (i.e., writing his own fake "receipt" to say your lawful property is his to punish you for not complying with the attempted extortion). Bonus: He apparently operates under the false belief he can verbally say anything, including threat of harm, as part of "free speech".
