Anytime I try to call to get service, I am always put on hold for 15 to 20mins before I hang up and try again. I don't know if they are short staffed, poorly managed or both... things definitely need to improve. Update: It has been 2 months since I ordered my hitch... no calls and everytime I call I get the same "on hold for 20mins plus" and when I finally get someone, they tell me nothing other than "it's on its way". Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.
