I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. First off, setting up an appt to get a quote was so easy over text. The office mgr is professional, responsive, and always polite. What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit. The second, smaller 22-year-old AC died the next day!! And what was really amazing is how they sent over Josh within an hour of my text to diagnose and fix that one!! Seriously stellar service.
