I said how long will it take to put in and he says "I don't know , 40 minutes" and hangs up the phone on me. So I take it in only for him to tell me "the screen is not fixed, I have to order the piece from shanghai". Then goes on to say he's going to put the console back in and order the part. I said "no thanks I'll take it elsewhere ". This is when he said "you are the rudest customer I have had in 30 years". I wasted a month in this place promising to fix the screen. I will not be returning. He guy is rude, arrogant and has no bedside manner. The only good thing he did was not charge me for his own problems in fixing my car.

When the part came in the next day, they called me, I brought the car over, the light got replaced, and the bill was exactly the same as the estimate. Thirst -- The vintage Coca-Cola machine inside this shop is worth a visit even if your car doesn't need work. Insert a dime, press the crank, pull a bottle. I think Advanced is a quality locally owned business that strives to provide good service. The location is convenient for me and three interactions have been entirely positive.

Got in a car accident and I knew a couple people that had used them so I brought my car here. The person on the phone said I could just come by anytime. Hearing that, I dropped my car later that afternoon. Turns out, I was talking to the answering service and not actually anyone there. They said they were backed up for over a month, and I needed an appointment. Explaining my situation, the owner did accommodate me, and ultimately the car was declared a loss, so I can only speak to their customer service skills. Which overall were fine. It would be helpful, in the future, if the answering service either identified itself as such, or didn't give answers without knowing the answer for sure.

Most people just go along with this scam and pay it to keep the peace. I did not. If you are going there for inspection, make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly before you bring it there.
