(Locating the actual store front was a little difficult but if you're by Dillards and see Spencer's, you're practically there.) I started out by visiting RCP Eyecare immediately next to Visionworks and once I got my new prescription, I walked next door to get my glasses. The staff checked my temperature before I was allowed to look around the store. Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance as well. The staff member that helped me even clued me on which pairs were the "clearance/discount" glasses. I was given a tray where I put every pair of glasses I tried on so that they could be sanitized before being put back up. I was torn between two pairs of glasses, so the store associate gave me their honest opinion and I was sold. The store associate took extra time explaining all of my options available and made sure to find the best possible financial deal with my insurance so I paid the least out of pocket. A few weeks later I picked up my glasses and contacts and I couldn't be happier. Be sure to check out Visionworks for all your optical needs.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The manager I interacted with was extremely rude and dismissive. Additionally, one of the associates also treated me poorly, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during the return process. This experience was not in line with the level of customer service I expected, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken to ensure better service in the future. hopefully in the future, this manager and this sales associate will learn better customer service

I noticed a lot of blue in their interior color palette. There are also lots of windows and mirrors, and generally the store feels very bright and spacious. It appears that Warby Parker sells glasses frames. Browsed around a bit, but didn't see a frame design that floats my boat. It seems they use spotlighting in the display cases to make their frames appear more attractive. You'll notice that the colors don't look the same under more ambient lighting. Would I buy anything from here? Probably not, unless they have a design I appreciate. Would I return? Probably, because I like the colors they use in their store. I can't really comment on the staff because I didn't interact with them. But it seemed one of the staff members was there to assist customers and answer questions, while the other handled transactions. It might be interesting to take a look at some of the books they have on display. I'll do that next time.

Somehow I managed to lose my glasses wipe on the same flight, after checking the condition of my glasses. That being said, I went to Warby today to look for a replacement case and wipe, as well as a frame adjustment. Joe immediately greeted me and asked what he could do to help. I said that I needed a new case and he magically produced one and said "How about an even trade?" WOW! I didn't know they would do that complimentary. I'm happy to have the same case as before as it's the only style that fits properly in my travel bag "protector" pocket. He also adjusted my frames to fit better than when I got them. One of my ears is lower than the other and he adjusted the arms to sit on my ears, while keeping the front of the frame level. Amazing!

I've visited other optical stores only to be disappointed by the selection available. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the variety of frames. I was greeted by Megan who assisted me with finding frames, reviewing my insurance, fitting, and everything else. I sincerely appreciated her patience as I was indecisive on choosing frames, but I found "the one" - Ray-ban! It must have been kismet because in addition to my insurance coverage LensCrafters was having a Black Friday sale of 30% off designer frames and 50% off lenses. The entire process took about 2 hours, and I feel it was time well spent!

Reliable boots and awesome customer service…read more I stopped in with my fiancé to pick up some new work boots for him and the entire experience was quick, easy, and painless. There were two gentlemen running the store and even though business picked up a little bit while we were there, they made sure everyone was greeted as soon as they entered the store and managed to assist all of us and quickly get us what we needed. Though my fiancé had a good idea of what he wanted to get, he still utilized the store's Ultimate Fit Experience to make sure what he was purchasing was going to work best for him. Essentially it's two separate sensors that he stood on and walked across that analyzed where he needed extra padding in his shoes to make sure he'd remain comfortable over long periods of time in the shoes. The sales representatives made sure he found appropriate shoes and went so far as to make sure the misprinted voucher his workplace gave him went through when they easily could have told him it was invalid or told him to return with a new one. Not to mention they let us know that they will condition your boots and replace the laces for free every 90 days. Pretty neat! I'd highly recommend Red Wing if you're looking for high quality work or hiking boots. My fiancé's older ones have lasted for a long time and he's never had any complaints with them, nor did I with my old hiking boots before I grew out of them. You'll definitely find what you need.

A HUGE variety of offerings in scrubs, scrub caps, shoes and all things medical uniform; even the little buttons and pins by the register. The one thing I thought was lacking in their stock was the white coat selection. But they can order items you pick out from their catalog. Same is true if you want a different color or hard to find size. A little pricey but not extravagantly so. And a lot more affordable if you use the 30% discount to UT Health team members. Only better prices I've seen are if you buy the Grays Anatomy scrubs from Costco online (started July 2024). We ended up buying 3-4 pairs of scrubs (in different colors) and a white coat. Most items were in stock but we had to order 2 scrub tops and wait for free delivery. Items came in 1 week later and were as expected. A positive experience overall. And thanks to the lovely ladies working there who helped us out.

Her kindness, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been a really humiliating experience into one where I felt genuinely cared for. I'm so grateful for the way she handled everything.
