Overall both our transactions went well. No pushy sales. Will S was my salesman for this last bike…read more Knowledgeable and not the hovering over my shoulder while I perused the store. They will be my first choice when I go to buy another bike.

Ian responded with ridiculously long canned text w/way too many emojis and a pushy request to CALL to speak to him all before I had even made it clear I was a real human. Via text I asked for a breakdown of price, tax, title fees, shop fees, etc. Ian made it clear again that "it works better if we talk on the phone" but sent some of the info I requested. Bike price: $8000, Shop "Reconditioning fee": $199, WI sales tax: $440, WI Title Fees were not listed but the total out the door price was "around $9200." Do the math: $1200 over the listed price ... So shady. I have seen this before at other Powersports dealers (Fuel PS, Action PS, and Cedar Creek Motorsports are all owned by the same company) who list a price that is nowhere near the out the door price to get you in the door or on the phone. "Recertification Fees or Reconditioning Fees" that are overpriced fluid changes. Padding the back end of the sale under the vague phrase "tax, title, and fees" to the tune of 15% might be common practice but it's shifty as hell. I thanked Ian via text and ended it with STOP and instead of taking the obvious hint he called (to the same # he had been texting to) and left a message stating that he had provided the info I requested as though now I owed him a phone call for the trouble and insisted I call him. I work in sales and this sort of breathing down your neck, high pressure sales technique is a great way to make good, smart customers never come back. Yuck. No way am I buying from these guys. Read the Yelp reviews! There are LOTS of them with very similar criticisms. 1/2 of the responses from Fuel PS to these reviews state that the person(s) responsible for poor service etc. have been fired...NFW they have fired 25 people over the last five years. I just don't buy it ... and neither should you. : )

Our experience with Miller Implement has been disappointingly lacking in good basic customer…read moreservice from the manager on down. We purchased a Can Am Commander UTV from them - one that was on the showroom floor that they assembled. We were having an issue with it recently and their service department could not get it in to look at for over a month in September. Not knowing what was wrong we did not want to run it until it was looked at. Its fall. We're up north a great deal. Its hunting season. Its when we use it the most and now we're handicapped. We ended up taking it to Cedar Creek in Cedarburg - who got it in immediately and promised to have it looked at by the end of the week (which they did). While there we were looking at new UTV's on their showroom floor only to discover that a part that should have been installed on our UTV never was. It answered why we continually heard a rattle from the roof! We called Miller to inquire about the missing part - why it was never installed. Ended up talking to the manager who rudely told us that "how does he know we didn't take it off and now want a new one!" Seriously - its a $16 part. Unbelievable. The point being that they couldn't get the machine in to look at in a reasonable amount of time. The second point is the manager would not stand behind the product they delivered off their showroom floor - and would not eat $16 to keep a customer that spent over $20K satisfied. We ordered the part from them (irritated beyond belief) and when we went to install it none of the bolts were included. Don't know if they forgot to give them to us, its a separate part we should have been told to purchase or what the deal was with the missing bolts. Rather than make an issue out of that - we decided not to run back to Fond du lac and encounter more sarcasm so we purchased some that would work locally. We were considering selling the Commander and buying a Defender so we'd have an enclosed interior and heater. Given our experience with Miller we will not be purchasing it from them. We had purchased all our ATV's from Cedar Creek in the past, but they didn't have the Commander we wanted unfortunately. Now that we're looking again we won't make the mistake of not buying it from Cedar Creek again.
