Getting a quote was ok but the steps after that to get it picked at the collision storage facility was a nightmare. All calls were through India, was transferred several times, could not understand most of the people and needed to constantly ask them to repeat what they said. Arranging for pickup was another nightmare. They could not give me an estimated time, even am or pm, all they do is give you an hours notice to pick up. If your car is some distance away you need to sit there all waiting for the call. It is 3:30 pm, still waiting.

Went there on a Sunday for 2 parts, I did a lot of work in the heat to take them off. Lady said it…read morewas $69.25, I was a little short so I paid $45 for 1 part and asked for them to hold the other part til Tuesday. They wouldn't hold it. Went back Tuesday and at first the lady said they didn't have any cars that matched mine but on Sunday there were at least 7 different cars, then she looked and gave me 2 cars to look at. When I asked about the one from sunday and I was told they threw it away...why. if your throwing money away then they might as well give it to me for free...the lady found it in the garbage but I had to go back and get the side pieces and then they charged me $47 for the part, when I could of gotten it for $24.25 on Sunday. I called and the lady was rude, tried arguing with my wife, and was clearly lying about the price. She kept insisting the climate control and bezzle was 2 different pieces so I was charged $35 for climate control and $10 for the bezzle but the kicker is that in my truck its all 1 piece and if they were separate, it would be broken, so make that make sense. They will scam you when they can then argue with you about the price. Bad business.​​​

They serviced my car immediately after calling, vacuumed out my entire vehicle (glass was everywhere from my window being smashed), noticed that my tires were low and filled them, and noticed my battery was dying, which they were able to replace for a ridiculously low price (at no additional labor charge). For all of this, I was in and out of Frank's in exactly one hour. The staff was extremely kind and I will certainly be back for any future car repair needs I may have. Thank you!
