Rick has done an excellent job each of the 5 times I have been there, at a fair price, always within 2 days!

    Perfect Circle Tire

Guess the first thing I have to say is that I'm very familiar with Perfect Circle - have done quite…read morea bit of business there, but the last two experiences were horrible - and deceitful. I have an older Dodge Pickup truck I use for plowing snow in the winter. I bought it used. A mechanic friend suggested I replace tires and recommened at "LT" tire as it would last longer. These tires can be inflated to 70 lbs approximately. I came to the store and they made a few suggestions. I did choose the cheapest LT tire they had: what else for a 20 year old truck that's only driven about 4,000 miles/year. When I came to pick it up after the four tires were installed, I was told they couldn't inflate the tires to the full 70 lbs pressure. They said the wheels weren't rated for that. My question: WHY PUT TIRES ON A TRUCK IF THEY CAN'T BE PROPERLY INFLATED? I didn't know about the wheels - bought it used and the tires were on it. But - they made a sale and that's all they were concerned about. My tires are now wearing a lot faster than if I had gotten other tires. Second instance of deceit: I have a motorhome that requires six tires - duelies in the back. The tires on it had a lot of tread left (only 25,000 miles) but as it sat a lot before I bought it used, the tires had rotted - the sidewalls were cracked. So: I had them put on six new tires. I asked them to take the best tire off the vehicle and put it on a wheel for a spare. When I came to pick it up, I noticed there was no sidewall cracking on the two rear tires that were on the inside - which makes sense - no sunlight got to them. One of these became my spare. I guess they sold the other one. QUESTION: WHEN THEY WENT TO PUT THE TIRES ON, WHY DIDN'T THEY LEAVE THE TWO INSIDE TIRES FROM THE REAR ON THE MOTORHOME, AND SAVE ME $300??? In each case, they had my phone number and could have called me to discuss. But they were too interested in simply making a sale. It also bothers me a lot that they say they are a Christian based business. Just disgusting. Will never go there again for any reason whatsoever. As I've told these stories to others, I'm getting the same kind of feedback. Apparently, Farmers in the area really are irritated with them. Oh well.............live and learn.

I've had my car there 3 times for service since they first opened their doors a few months ago. In…read moreeach case, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

The wait was a little long but understandable as there were 4 cars already waiting in line when I pulled in (and 2 inside the bays). When it was my turn, the staff I interacted with were all positive, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, professional through and through. Great group of guys working quickly and efficiently, not worried about upselling, but instead were honest and helpful with their recommendations, & not pressuring in any way. I know a thing or two about cars & they weren't bullshitting me for more money; Their recommendations were in line with what I already knew my car needed. Knowing I don't have the time to take care of my car's needs myself anymore, and based on my current experience at this location, I will definitely be coming back to Grafton's Valvolene.

If your car ever decides to give you a hard time, and you're in Belgium WI, give this shop a call…read more They will do their very best to help you out My poor old 2003 Outback was NOT doing well during the frigid temps over the holidays - years of east coast weather did not prepare it for negative wind chill factor temps in Wisconsin. On this particular day, we had dropped by Cedar Valley Cheese Factory to pick up gifts of delicious cheese. We were there for no more than 15 minutes. But during those 15 minutes, my car decided to lock itself up tight. We've been having some weird issues with the car throughout the entire drive to Wisconsin from the DC area, but this is the first time I've ever experienced my car ignition and steering wheel locking up completely because of the weather. We sat there for an hour doing the whole jiggle the wheel jiggle the key thing, but had absolutely zero luck. We were starting to freak out, it was getting around 2:30 p.m. and we knew that we needed to get some kind of help ASAP before car shops and towing shops started to close. We finally were able to get in touch with somebody from Belgium Service Center, and one of the mechanics (whose name I forgot, I apologize), said that he would drop by right after he finished with a customer. In 20 minutes he drove right up with a bunch of tools, said that he will do his best but he couldn't promise anything. He literally sat there for 3 minutes, and with magical mechanical skills, he was able to unlock the steering wheel and turn the key in the ignition. He made sure to try it a couple of times, pulled out the key, started the car turned off the car. He recommended that I get new keys cut at my dealer, but said that it's entirely possible that it really is just the cold. He would not take any money for coming out to help us out. I almost cried. I was able to convince him to take a little bit of cash as a token of gratitude. Honestly this is the kind of Midwest salt of the earth kindness that you read about, but don't really expect to experience. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and help. In short, The folks at the shop are great, they'll help out if they can and will provide recommendations if they can't. But they should be your first call if you're ever in the area and you run into issues with your car.
