I bought a perfectly sized cheese tray for one that included three of their own cheeses (and it was phenomenal) and the monger offered great advice as I struggled to choose cheeses that could go without refrigeration for the plane trip. (I have done this many times before as I travel, so I know to go for more aged, dry cheeses, but man is it hard to choose among such a great selection.) Prices are more expensive than Giant Eagle, Trader Joe's, Aldi's and most stores. But the combination of cheese flavors are pretty unique. Something you can't just get at those other stores. We asked what type of meats came with the "charcuterie" option and we were told "whatever is on the slicer right now" but that they were all locally made- or at least regionally made. That works for me and both selections were delicious. We also bought the special chocolate chip/cheese cookies they had for the event and they were fantastic. What I really want to talk about is the cheese curds though. We bought some to take home (you can buy everything they use on the boards in their retail area too by the way).
