Oasis Cafe is such a great local breakfast spot! Even during the weekend breakfast rush, the service was quick and everyone was incredibly friendly. The restaurant had a fun, lively atmosphere that made a rainy morning feel cozy and upbeat. They have a delicious selection of breakfast and lunch options, and everything we had was so good. I also love that they have a patio...definitely planning to sit outside next time! Highly recommend if you're looking for a local favorite!

I've been meaning to eat here since 1957 when it opened. Finally made it to this old fashioned diner in 2026! Super relaxing and friendly, we shared a different choice than usual. French Toast with crushed cornflakes and apple compote on top. Loved it and glad we shared!

We went to Oasis Cafe last week for my birthday brunch and this sandwich was top tier. It's a diner vibe in the front and there's a more sports bar feel in the back with a bar and high tops. It was definitely an older crowd, but it was a weekday at 11am . Our service was quick and food was great. ITALIAN GRILLED CHEESE: Fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil pesto, balsamic glaze, parmesan crusted focaccia COUNTRY FRIED STEAK: House cut, breaded and fried steak topped with sausage gravy. Served with 2 eggs, buttermilk biscuit and choice of fresh fruit or potato ESPRESSO MARTINI: Tito's Vodka, Kahlua, Cold Brew, Carmelized Simple Syrup

My friend and I tried here for the first time. She had heard good reviews about Oasis. I tried the eggs Benedict with no meat with the breakfast potatoes. I love their breakfast potatoes. The eggs Benedict is good and I would order it again. My friend got one of the breakfast sandwiches and she loved that! We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Hidden gem along the river and cliffs of the St.Croix River in Stillwater. Classic style cafe with awesome service and open kitchen cooking. We will definitely be coming back here again for breakfast and look forward to trying lunch options!! Service was spectacular and friendly. Nina C gets 5-Stars as well!!!! Thanks!! Food is so fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Some items could use more salt, but that could just be personal preference.

Stopped by Oasis Cafe earlier this year on our way to chop down a Christmas Tree and it is an absolute gem. As you pull up, the scene of a towering bluff over this small diner almost feels out of a movie, and that feeling is only amplified once you step inside. The diner is cozy without any hint of claustrophobia, the servers are cheerful, funny, and vigilant in any needs you may have. We sat at a small booth near the kitchen and hearing the staff singing, cracking jokes, and just going about their day adds to the sheet joy of this spot. If you glance at the menu it seems pretty standard for a diner, but once you receive your food you'll see that every bite has been carefully made to be as delicious as possible. While all of the food we tried was amazing, the most impressive bit was how juicy the fried chicken was. Bring your friends for a spread of breakfast and lunch goodies, bathe in the cheerful atmosphere, and enjoy :)

Absolutely one of the best little cafes we've found in many years of traveling for sports, family, weddings etc Friendly greeting at the door, clean and well kept, and menu is extensive with something for everyone. The service was great! Owner popped by our table to chat and do some PR. We had the 2x2 (eggs toast and pancakes), eggs hash-browns sausage and toast, and Ziggy's which is eggs potatoes bacon sausage and a pancake. It was all out quickly and delicious! It's set right across from the river in a beautiful location with inside and outside seating. Highly recommend!!

Oasis Cafe has become our regular brunch spot when visiting the charming tourist town of Stillwater. It is a cute retro style cafe just outside of Stillwater. It has a bar which is plus! Despite appearing to be always busy, there is usually a table or two for us to be seated immediately. Service is quick and servers are always, always pleasant. We typically kick brunch off with a Bloody Mary. Could use some horseradish or Worcestershire sauce but they are still tasty. I typically order the Eggs Benedict with a side of potatoes. My husband likes the Eggs Benedict and the Carnivore Haystack. The eggs are always poached perfectly and potatoes are crispy. We haven't had a burger yet but they look amazing! Can't wait to try one on our next visit. If you haven't been to Oasis Cafe give it a try! We love it!

Fabulous breakfast spot in a super cute area! We showed up with our group of 7 and they were able to seat us at a party table right away for brunch. The food was awesome, just what we were looking for after a busy bachelorette weekend. I had the Granny Smith breakfast sandwich and loved the flavor. Tons of options on the menu whether you want a savory or sweet breakfast. There is a parking lot but it does fill up! Otherwise plenty of street parking nearby.

Cutest little diner right near downtown Stillwater! We went there at about 8:30am so that we could get a prime spot before the Sunday morning rush. It is first come, first serve and your whole party has to be there before you're seated. I ordered the haystacks, which were eggs on top of hash browns and thought it was a unique twist on a standard breakfast meal. It was also super tasty! The server was also very friendly and efficient. Overall I would recommend!

We went to Oasis for the first time this weekend & it absolutely did not disappoint! The cafe itself is a cute little diner atmosphere, the servers were amazing & the entire restaurant felt just happy & silly (folks singing, goofing around, etc.). The food itself was also really really good; we had a hard time even deciding between breakfast & lunch! I ended up getting a Mexican Haystack (minus chili con carne) & it was really tasty. The hashbrowns were the star of the show, 10/10! I will absolutely be back, this place rocks :)

Food 5/5 - Our breakfast food was delicious at Oasis Cafe! The eggs Benedict was amazing and the corn beef and hash were very filling. Service / Ambiance 5/5 - The service was great and we got our food fairly quickly in my option. Ambiance was a nosey/lively breakfast joint with good food.

We learned about this place on Minnesota Family Destinations website. We did take out and the care that went into the packaging of our order was impressive! Everything was labeled. The food was so fresh and hot! We got the Italian grill cheese and Minnesota Melt. The breads were phenomenal! The onion rings and fries were killer!! And we say BRAVO for scratch made soupThank you Oasis for such an awesome meal. We WILL be back again.

I even won a signed sports auction item for my hubby a couple of years ago. They have a weekly auction out on by an external local company. On this particular outing, there was a host at the entrance and we had a party of 8. Sometimes there isn't one and it says to seat yourself. I told him we had 5 adults and 3 kiddos. When he sat us he only gave us the regular menus - so I had to grab my own kid menus myself at the host stand. Then he also said - you'll have to ask another table to borrow a chair - this combined table only has 7 chairs. I politely asked him if he would ask the other table as a courtesy which he did. I am gfree and they have a lot of options with a gluten free bun you can do. I usually order the BLT burger or Cali Burger. Sometimes with the gfree bun sometimes not. I always upgrade to the side salad as my side which is delish with French dressing (no croutons). The quality of the food is really really good. One of my fav burger places in the twin cities. Another cool thing about the Muddy Cow - 2 for 1 drinks so on this particular visit I ordered a Suncruiser (pink lemonade) and totally forgot I would get 2. We also love the duck machine...which is also a highlight! $1 per craw grab. Also lots of tvs to watch sports.

It wasn't all that busy, roughly three staff members in and out behind the bar inclusive of an employee who was working on a sangria mix? Pre made cocktail mix? Not sure but he was putting something together the majority of the time I was in. I digress. It wasn't just myself and guest who experienced the slow service, there was another group at the end of the bar that had to ask multiple times for their tab to multiple employees. On to the food: -I went with the Royale Smash Burger, which was quite tasty and honestly, the seasoning of the burger and the cheese stood so strong on their own I wish I didn't have the tomato and pickles in hindsight. Really great burger! -the side fries were solid and seasoned perfectly! -the onion rings we split was surprisingly the opposite. No real taste to the batter, came out not super hot, and really soggy. The exact opposite of the side fries and honestly, wish we'd skipped on them. Overall, the service kind of killed the experience, the burger was solid, and I'd skip the onion rings. There's some decent spots in Stillwater and this place always seems super busy this was the first chance I had to stop in and... not sure with the other options I'd jump to go back. Perhaps it was just an off service/off afternoon?

I don't think we'll be back. Not horrible, there are just so many other options in downtown Stillwater.
