They had an excellent first-time customer deal--if you purchase a bundle, you get a significant discount and can wash your car as often as you like. Even though that initial deal has ended for us, we've stuck with Pro Clean because they consistently do a great job. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and one of the best features is the indoor vacuum area. After your car goes through the wash, you pull inside where it's warm (they have heaters), and everything you need is right there. You can vacuum, clean your mats, and take care of all the finishing touches without freezing--huge plus, especially in colder weather. My daughter visited over the holidays, and because we're members, we were able to get her car a very thorough cleaning for just $10, which felt like an incredible value. Service is always friendly and helpful, and we've never had to wait long in line. Pro Clean makes it easy, affordable, and comfortable to keep your car clean. They've thought of everything, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Iowa City/Coralville area.

The staff were polite and explained that the truck decided to leave early because it was a slow day. However, customers should be able to trust advertised event times. In fact, there were several cars at the car wash when I arrived, so it did not appear completely dead. I am giving 3 stars because the car wash itself was okay, but I hope future promotions are better coordinated so customers are not disappointed.
