In fact, there were several cars at the car wash when I arrived, so it did not appear completely dead. Took advantage of their free trial to see how they perform as the reviews here aren't favorable, though most likely only angry people leave review. True to their name, the wash was quick. Most of the bug gunk on my windshield was removed and my red car shines. The negatives are that many bugs on my front plate remain, there's still some bird droppings on my hood, and the dirt on my wheels is now streaky. The touchless car washes I frequent in MN seem to do a better job than the many scrubbers in this wash. I will say that I was worried that the scrubbers would bend my front plate, but that didn't happen. UPDATE: The subscription I signed up for let me go through a second time, which is great! However, the bugs on my plate and bird droppings are still present. The bird droppings are not that noticeable, but there are still remnants. Not sure I'd be okay with $43 a month (highest tier package) for a service that isn't as comprehensive for a long road trip clean up. Local every day washes seem to be great tho.

The workers here acted just like us CAR GUYS do in Detroit: They cared about the end result.
