We come here for a couple of months every winter. We love the area and come to the plaza a lot. I would always go into Oasis for a coffee and pastry. I started bringing my friends in. I pay for my own coffee and I get my frequent customer reward card punched. My friends ordered 3 coffees and only got one punch on their card. Not 3. I get 1 punch for one coffee. We were told it was per visit and not per beverage. I feel like this is unfair and it undermines what this promotion is suppose to do. Which is to encourage people to go in often. I feel it's deceptive. And I have no problems going to Curley Coffee from now on. I give it 2 stars because the girls do work hard there. But I feel like the owner who I see from time to time there should make it fairer. Otherwise don't even do the promotion. read more

Right in the middle of the dessert is the, Oasis Coffee. it is just a great place to go when in Ajo. I think it used to be a movie house because there seems to be an old ticket booth outside. It is super cute, not huge and the service is great. It is in a Spanish-style plaza. Parking is so easy. The place is clean and the staff ever so nice. I have never seen it crowded. They have hot latte, cold brew, just plain old coffee and the best home-baked tarts. and hot panini sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. You can also get a cold wraps and fresh baked goods. All of it is great. I love love the hot panini sandwiches with regular old coffee. They have the best espresso beverages and all their coffee is brewed from fresh, locally roasted beans. There is plenty of seating inside and a few out. It is cool inside in the summer. It gets so hot in Ajo. The prices are fair and again, the service is super friendly. read more

Great little coffee shop with sandwiches near Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. We were starved after a visit to the national monument and stopped here on our way back to Phoenix. I asked them if they had gluten free bread because I have Celiac. They didn't have gluten free bread but they made me a turkey lettuce wrap for less than $4! I also had a large prickly pear lemonade for less than $5. It was so good to have a gluten free snack that wasn't chips. My husband had an Italian panini and coffee and both were less than $5. If you're going to the national monument make a stop here. They also have board games inside to play while you eat. Just be aware that they close at 4 PM although you can still sit outside on their patio. read more

I haven't been to Ajo in some years but I was eager to visit again because a growing artist community has blossomed in this summer heat furnace of a little town. Oasis Coffee is still here and the coffee is still good. Sitting in the shade of the plaza, even on a triple-digit day, melts away thoughts and throws you into the moment. This remains one of my favorite town centers of anywhere in Arizona. I'm glad that Oasis has remained a part of it all. read more

We fell in love with Ajo, and this cafe is greatly responsible for that! Coffee was excellent and way cheaper than usual. The outside table, under the arches are just pure pleasure. Toilets are clean, staff is respecting Covid 19 measures, there is parking right in front of it, WiFi is fast. What else would you need? Even though we arrived about 8 minutes past closing time this friendly, sweet young woman stopped me when I realized they were closing and was leaving she would be glad to serve us. We got our to go order. We all loved what we got. I got a Carmel Frappe as a special treat and I can honestly say it was the best I have had. I could taste the coffee.
