The lighting was dim, it was beautifully decorated, the couches and chairs were super comfy with the warm blankets, and there was tea/coffee/water/trail mix to enjoy prior to my massage. Ashley did a wonderful job on my massage. She made sure to ask me how much pressure to do, and if there was anywhere I needed her to focus or anywhere I didn't want her to focus. She mapped my brows, did some color matching, and talked about expectations the day of the appointment. I felt very well-informed and comfortable in her hands and with Boss Gal in general. My appointment was the following week and it went as smooth as expected. And speaking of expectations Kayla provided me with an overview of what the next week or two would look like from the appearance of my brows to the healing process and everything else. On day two they were super dark, but as she advised they would soften over time and they did! Four weeks later was a touch-up and it was exactly what I needed. My brows look natural and match my face shape and hair color flawlessly. It's so nice to just wake up and get up and go, to not worry about penciling in my eyebrows and accidentally wiping one off!
