The DJ was on-point and played an eclectic mix of rap, Caribbean music, and throwback pop. The music got people from different tables up and dancing and created a real community/friendly vibe. You can't say that about most places. I stopped by Luxor on a Saturday night and there was a $5 cover charge. The hookah's are around $14. Its BYOB (and i think another $5 charge for that). Just very checked out--had to ask him to turn the music on, prompt him for hookah, etc. This is a BYOB establishment, and you must have labels off any alcohol you bring in. Because they don't sell alcohol, they up-charge a lot for cups ($4 per!)
