    #5 Breakfast
    dean d.

Delicious Breakfast, strong Iced Tea, buttery rye toast, 3-jelly options, and if you want it, a pot of hot water for hot tea too! My #5 breakfast was very hearty and filling.

NOT WELCOMING! Tried to give this place ANOTHER chance after my last bad experience and still got the same result. My dad loves this place BUT every-time i go with my partner the front is NEVER welcoming. It gives very racist and annoyed that i even came. All that from the front just for unflavored food and wasted money. At least the waitress are always nice, BUT definitely learned my lesson this time and will NOT BE COMING BACK! Also sat us at a messed up table :)

Food was decent. I'm more upset that I ordered a chicken pot pie and it came in a bread bowl. The server didn't warn me about this nor did she have any accommodations when I was clearly let down and didn't eat the bread bowl. My husband had a chicken fried steak and that was pretty good. The sides lacked seasoning as well.

    Veggie Beef Soup

Extremely courteous Mom n' Pop vibe style restaurant. My daughter and I went during busy lunch hour yet we were seated promptly. Our waitress came to assist us in a timely manner and was pleasant. I had the beef veggie soup and half BLT sandwich. My daughter ordered the potato soup and salad. The beef veggie soup was flavorful and my BLT was full of bacon. My daughter didn't care for the potato soup; she stated there was room for more flavor in the cream. Great experience at Theo's. Therese's delicious looking pies and dessert in a glass refrigerator by the front door that I'd like to try and my daughter said "we should go back there again sometimes".

Had the Chicken Fried Chicken, Twice Baked Potato, green beans, rolls and cornbread and my friend had a side of chicken and dumplings.

I found the manager to be rude. He belittled and berated the wait staff in front of others.

Classic dinner feel. My grandparents love this place, so it's a favorite of ours for the atmosphere, to take a large group.

Service was friendly, but I was not satisfied with the standard of food. The meal was dull and lacked any taste, but the team was pleasant.

Food was amazing.....even though the hash browns needed some seasoning. The place needs a bit of tidying...the boxes on stage.

We got the loaded Nashville fries, which were not hot like I expected but perfect. And the sauce on them was GOOD! We also both got cheeseburgers on the lunch menu with added bacon! Fire again! I got onion rings and they were definitely fresh and cooked on sight not frozen! Oh and my wife got fried zucchini I think. I didn't try it but she said it was good too. Total cost about $50 bucks. And that's PLENTY of food. And will be leftovers for dinner tonight. And and how could I forget while waiting on my food, oh let's come back to that. Let me mention that have REAL root beer! Nothing like a good root beer. Made me want to get a to go cup with no ice to put over some ice cream Okay now back to what I was about to say. After I ordered our food I went to the bar and got a drink. And the bartender made a damn good old fashioned and I will tell you if I have a bad old fashioned trust me. I'll definitely be back! DFW is massive. My friend was 30 mins late, but I wasn't trippin. I used that time to charge my phone and get a little work done. We didn't have a resy, but were seated right away. First of all, this place is massive. We both started with the espresso martini before realizing they had a happy hour menu. Our second drink was from the hh menu even though we had no business having a second cocktail. To start, we shared the fried green tomatoes. For whatever reason, we both ended up getting the western burger. Food was great. There was so much of it that I was only able to finish half and ended up taking the rest home. Great service as well. The place was crowded by the time we left. We only planned to stay for 45 minutes, but ended up staying for nearly 2 hours. Big thanks to the bartender. I went back to the airport a little tipsy after 2 drinks.
