I really wanted to be able to give more stars and I tried to give them every chance to remedy some issues, but they just aren't what I expected. They did a great job getting the pavers in, but their woodwork and landscaping isn't nearly up to par for the cost. A bunch of flowers and trees died, and even though they're under warranty, my requests to get them replaced are straight up ignored. They used (free) pallet wood to build a "fence" around my HVAC system, but it took months and looked awful. While they charged me $800 to build it, I had to have a task rabbit come to sand and stain it, they left the wood splintered and unfinished! My outdoor bench is poorly built and the nails are popping through the seating area. Ive had a few neighbors come over and immediately make comments about things they took obvious short cuts on. My project started in March 2022 and wasn't (kind of) finished until September. read more

We had Oasis come out to our home site to assess the grounds for patio ideas in the back yard. The salesperson that was sent out knew next to nothing about patio design, cost, or possible ways to accommodate the unique aspects of our property. The salesperson just tossed out a number, in this case $10,000, as though it were nothing, expecting us to be anchored high by this number and agreeing to work without any actual appropriate assessment being given. Additionally, the salesperson noted that Oasis could draw up a 3D model for us for the very low cost of $1,000, with $500 of it going toward our final project. The "assessment" was $50 just for Oasis to send out the expletive salesperson. Thanks but no thanks. read more

What a joke. Called and scheduled an appointment. It was verified 2 days straight via e-mail and by phone. Come the time for the person to show up......crickets. 45 minutes later he, that would be their so called GM Alex Mewshew calls, leaves a message and says he didn't check his calendar, the by phone when I called him back he said something totally different but says he can be there in 45 minutes and I guess he expects me to sit around and wait for him. I mean seriously he's going to be 1 1/2 hours late and I'm the one who is supposed to sit around and wait on him. Told him to come by and do the estimate anyway and leave it in the door. He said he would be there and would e-mail it to me. Again, what a joke. He does the estimate and tries to upsell me 2 other services that I never mentioned. In the e-mail he then refers to himself as an "asshole" for not showing up on time. I'm thinking...'how unprofessional". Total price for a retaining wall that would have been 12 feet x 3 feet x 2 feet high on one side of my porch and 3 feet x 3 feet by 2 feet high on the other side. Based on my checking it would have taken 1 day and about $500-$600 in material. The total I was given was $3,000. $850 for work I didn't even request a price for. Sent him an e-mail immediately and never got a response for 2 days and probably would have had I not called. He then proceeded to tell me that was the best and lowest price out there, which was a total lie from a 20 year old runny nose kid. Yeah...he's 20 and the G of a landscaping company. Oh well....guess I'll move on to a better organized and more professional company not run by a self described "ASSHOLE". UPDATE....got an e-mail from the self professed "ASSHOLE" Alex. He now says that they can not provide services to me after my e-mail from yesterday asking for a breakdown of costs associated with the job he was late to appraise. Isn't that something that they SHOULD provide? Isn't the customer entitled to know what they are paying for services, including labor and material? I guess he doesn't want to disclose how bad he is ripping people off. I guess if the company is in Annapolis it is ok to overcharge since most people there have money. Again, I would not recommend this rip off company to anyone, especially when the GM tells you on his first e-mail to you that he is an "ASSHOLE". Further UPDATE......now Alex is stalking me on the internet, looking up my information on LinkedIn. Why? Pretty sad to do something like that to a potential customer who you have already informed that you are not going to do work for. This is getting scary now. I believe a police report is in line and possibly a peace order to keep him away. read more
