I recently moved to the Forney area and decided it was long overdue for me to get a pedicure. The first shop I visited was busy, so I headed to Oasis Nails because it was in the general vicinity of the first salon. When I entered the salon, I was greeted and put in a chair within five minutes. The salon seemed very clean, and the ambiance was extremely relaxing. It was another ten minutes before a nail technician began working on my toes, but it was worth the wait! The young lady who beautified my feet did an amazing job. She really took her time with my toes, and I received an amazing leg massage, too. It is only $20 for a basic pedicure, and my toes look and feel amazing, so I will definitely go back to Oasis Nails again in the future. read more

I visited the Oasis Nail Spa in Forney on Thursday. I had visited with them a few months prior and noticed something that I wanted to confirm about the establishment. The month prior I noticed that the cashier overcharged me for my services compared to the establishment's menu that they provide to their customers, but I thought it might have been a slip of the finger. I returned the next month and the gentleman seated me and handed me their establishment menu. I order my services. One of the ladies immediately walked up to me and said " gel twenty dollar". I looked at the menu and thought she had to be talking about my fingers and my toes because the menu clearly states $10 for gel polish. When I cashed out the gentleman brought me my receipt and I noticed that he charged me $28 dollars for a basic manicure and $20 dollars for gel which made my pedicure $48. I questioned him about the amount, but somehow they didn't understand what I was saying. Yeah, right. Why would I pay $20 for some gel polish that I could get for $10 on Amazon. I actually have the same brand they use in their shop at my house. They are actually either baiting and switching , under-reporting their income to the state, or charging "certain people a higher price". If you have visited this shop. ZERO STARS I just moved to Crandall a few months, I get monthly pedicures and manicures, this is the third nail salon that i've tried in the Crandall/ Forney area. This is by far the WORST ONE. If you are a person who gets regular pedicures like me you know the first thing that is not suppose to happen is for a nail tech to PEEL OFF YOUR PREVIOUS GEL. I was so shocked that i saw a license nail technician do this to my nails, i politely asked her to use a drill or soak them off instead and SHE CONTINUED TO PEEL THEM OFF. Only reason why i didn't leave right then and there was because my friend was already getting hers done by someone else. Before i even notice she cuts my perfectly squared big toe nails off! I told my friend that they are always suppose to ask you if you want them cut or filed in Spanish. A few moments later her nail tech asked her if she wanted it cut or filed. The shape was horrible, i told the technician i wanted someone else to fix my toe nails. They cut them so low that there was nothing to file. I go here a lot and I usually love it! Recently I went and I was not pleased with the outcome. The lady that did my nails seemed to be in a rush. She didn't dip my nails enough to the point where you can still see the white tips on my real nail! I'm very upset with this and i'm hoping the next time I go it will be better. I went to oasis for prom nails. Walked in asked if they could do it and was sat down immediately. He didn't clip my nails, barely filed down my nails and then after he was done painting them he put a matte polish on it that ran down the sides of my fingers. They didn't dry for two hours and I cried when I got home because while shaving down my nail he cut my finger which caused it to bleed.By far the worse nails I've ever had. They broke off two days later only for me to find one tiny little drop of glue holding the acrylic to my nail. Never go here!! read more

I was racially profiled at this place. I came in around 6:15Pm, they close by 7PM. This is not my first time visiting this place, I usually go often, because they are good at what they do. Today was different, because I was the only one waiting and one of the employees had the guts to tell me to come back another time, because the rest of the ladies do not want to stay out late. I was confused, because it was clear that they still got time to do my nails. It was 6:30, but No. she insisted that the other ladies don't want to stay out late. I had to leave, because I couldn't stand the disgusting behavior. The man Daniel (or danny) told me he wouldnt do my color powder (which i have been doing for months now) and he wouldnt do designs on my nails. he did such a shotty job I had to go home and reshape and put a better gel topcoat on bc he was in such a hurry to get me out of his seat that the nails were still tacky bc they didnt have time to cure. Let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal and faithful customer at Oasis Nails in Forney until today. I had been going to Kim for the past three years and they have overbooked me before but today my appointment was supposed to be at 5:30. However, I went early to see if she could get me in and when I walked in she said they double booked me and asked could I come Sunday and I said no because I booked for today for a reason. Then she tells the Manager to come to the front and that is when I knew that I was not going back. The Manager and Kim exchanged words and they both walked off. I then said who is going to fix this issue and Kim said the manager messed up. So, she called the manager out and then Kim asked the manager to do my nails and she said that she could not. I then said Kim you just lost a customer and I will never return there especially when you act as if my time doesn't mean anything. I will not refer anyone else there either at this point because I have sent people to get their nails done by Kim. The manager then stated unprofessionally okay then you can go somewhere else. Needless to say I did just that and that Nail salon will earn my business from now on and it is nicer shop as well. read more

Really nice people... but the water was cold, even after I asked to warm it up. They did not scrub my feet much, and no strength behind it, and feet still feel rough after leaving . They did not clip the nails well. The chair I was in was broken and I asked for a massage chair that works and they did not understand me. When they applied wax, it was not warm and they did not rub the wax over my foot when they bagged it so I did it. I barely felt the massage on my legs and feet until she kept rubbing the same spot over and over until it hurt. Bummer of an experience. read more

Quick and great service. We have a wedding tomorrow so the bride and I went to get our nails done for her big day. My nails turned out perfect and my toes are cute. The bride's toes are gorgeous but her nails turned out not the best- she did the dip powder and some of it smeared before he put the clear polish over. It's not a big deal but it's not ideal. I have been going to this salon since moving to Forney. The man who did my nails cut the cuticles on not one, but 2 cuticles. The nail bed is now deeply infected & I am on 2 oral antibiotics. The salon denied them doing it but I showed proof of the visit & offered a 50% discount on my next visit....as if I would ever give them any more of my business. After waiting almost thirty minutes to get a pedicure, they got me into a chair. After another thirty minutes in the chair, they finally got started. I had a gentleman give me a pedicure. It was probably the worst pedicure I've gotten. He used a nail brush to scrub my legs. After I told him it was hurting me he shook his head, and continued. Did the same thing to the other leg. It's called a nail brush because it's for your nails, not to remove the flesh from your legs. I have patience, and I understand people have to learn somewhere, but, if you don't stop when I say your hurting me, because you don't understand, that's different. When he painted my toes, he failed to remove the color that had gone onto my skin. At this point, two hours later, I was done. Won't be returning. I've been here before, had a great waxing done. I went across the parking lot to another nail salon that had great reviews awhile ago and had the worst pedicure ever. I decided to try this place and I'm so glad I did. Rose did my pedicure and actually spent time on my massage and did a wonderful job on my nails. This is by far the best pedicure I've ever had. Will they give you a pedicure or manicure? Sure thing. I can go to multiple places in DFW and get a pedi and a hot stone massage that lasts twenty minutes for the same price as I get a rushed pedicure (with multiple employees standing around waiting) and a 5 minute hot stone massage here. Bad service, no offer of even water and inconsistent services from one tech to another. Get the basic pedi and skip any extras. read more

My husband and I went here for pedicures. I was satisfied with the services we received, until my husband got up from his chair and another customer was sat into it without the basin being cleaned. This is very unsanitary. They should be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between customers. No nail job is worth the risk of catching a foot fungus! We won't be going back! read more

My nails look terrible and the always cut me with one of the tools not on purpose but it happened

I was in the area and needed to get my nails done. The nexgen dip was a little more then I was used to paying but I had a sitter and it was convenient. The girl was very nice but when I left, I felt like my nails weren't as good as normal. I couldn't pinpoint any issues, they just seemed off. Very soon after, my hair kept getting caught under my nail because they were raising up close to the cuticle. Finally, one nail popped off and I could see where this was going. I called and they said they they would fix them. I went back and she buffed my nails, and reapplied the topcoat. Not only does that take away "growth room" but it didn't fix the problem! I had a bad set. I said that and she buffed two of my nails more, added a couple of lawyers of dip and was done. While that probably fixed the problem for those two nails, they were not approximately 10 inches taller than my other nails. Needless to say, a day later, another nail popped off. I'm disappointed that I spent $40 and just want to have them taken off. read more

I get solar nails and they do a fantastic job. Attention to every detail. I see David and u usually make an appointment as he is busy. The shop is crowded on the weekend so if you do not have an appointment, expect to wait. I always had people asking me where I hit my nails done. The best type if compliment. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area ( mesquite, Rockwall, Terrell). I had my nails done in Rockwall before coming to oasis and it doesn't even compare. read more

I love this place. I work nearby and go here during lunch or right after work to get my mani pedi fix. The staff is always very friendly and best of all, they do an exceptional job. My nails always look perfect and if something happens, whether it was my fault or theirs, they fix it with no problem. Once, I even ruined my toes by putting my shoes on at work and when I came back HOURS later, they fixed them and didn't even charge. Of course I gave another tip, because this was above and beyond what I expected. I recently tried another nail spa, which shall remain nameless, but is in the same parking lot, and did not receive anywhere near the same level of customer service that I always receive from Oasis. I asked for fake nails and they got me into my seat quickly but the lady kept getting on her phone and ignoring me. She started to do it, and I've read the fake nails are 20$ and for some reason I was charged 35$...my nails are already breaking and they're crooked. This place used to be so great, I'd been going for 5+ years... however the last two times I've gone they have refused to do the nail shape I want, rushed through the manicure, acted annoyed, and even called my nails ugly. Really y'all? I can go to ANY other nail salon and they at least file my nails how I want. I've had three nails break within ONE WEEK, whereas I've had them last 4+ weeks from the other salons.
