the vibe was off the lady was rude she was rough n she charged me $73 for some almonds size 1 for that much well my friend got longer size for $75 and they don't even look like the original. not gonna be rude to her and make her take them off when it took her a hour like if u couldn't had done simple cheetah print just decline my request n me n I couldve went somewhere that didn't overcharge or rude like I'm not playing this lady was gripping on my finger so hard it was red when she was doing my nails n I wouldn't be coming here again or have girls that plan for simple short nails i dont reccomend coming here. very unsatisfied ! I asked for simple French tip on my toes and two techs tried but couldn't do it , I still paid $70 for my pedicure . after being there for 3 hours I paid and left . I came back the next day to get the French taken off and get to get solid white . the lady told me that'll I would have to pay an additional $30 to change it . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My friend and I came here for a mani and pedi and we both got a terrible experience. My friends manicure was very dull and bumpy. Her nails were almost see through and when we told the lady to fix them she said we had to wait our turn again which was approximately 30 minute wait. Spa is clean. I did not have to wait and she did an excellent pedicure! They do other things also, like eyebrows. I think it is just plucking and waxing, not threading. I have hearing loss and I couldn't understand the technician very well! I will definitely go back and get another pedicure. They put a disposable plastic bag in the spa before poring in the water . Hopefully, that will keep away fungi!! read more

Came in at 10:30 New Year's Day with my sister to get a mani/pedi, there was only one tech on hand but she was great. She alternated between us so neither had to sit waiting too long. The place is clean, very pretty and HUGE. They also use plastic liners in the pedicure chairs which is extra awesome. read more

My friend and I decided to have a girls day and pamper ourselves. We told the two techs that we wanted pedicures and to get our nails done together. They get us ready for pedicures and they hand us books for different colors. My friend tells them multiple times she already has her toes done the way she wanted them and just wanted the massage and scrub. I'm looking through trying to decide on colors. My tech kept pushing for two specific colors and style. I went with it to stay calm and try to enjoy the experience. After we were done, my friend and I were sat at two different chairs, which was annoying but I understood as to why. While waiting for the nail tech I was offered waxing. I said yes I want my eyebrows waxed. Well, I got more than what I bargained for. The tech started waxing my upper lip! I didn't ask for that. That's not what I wanted. I even spoke up and said something. I let her finish since she already did half my lip at this point. After doing my eyebrows I was sat down with a different nail tech and explained what I wanted. He cut my nails and started prepping them for acrylics. I asked him if he was going to trim my cuticles. He said no and that was an additional $20. I had enough at that point. I paid and left. I won't be back. My friend seen the way I was being handled and decided to pay, too. We both were not pleased with the experience what-so-ever. Absolutely terrible customer service. I left the place in literal tears from how I was treated and from the pain in my fingers. Will never be back. The nail tech was not able to recreate the photo I showed her and on top of that she burned my fingers by how fast she was trying to work. The ombré was terrible. When I asked for a change I got caught in between a yelling match between the nail tech and the owner. I explained the situation and that I just wanted one color instead of the ombré seeing as they weren't able to create that look. Not once did I ask for a refund. Then when I was getting the work redone the nail tech started screaming at me calling me an "ungrateful American" who thinks that everything in America is free. Never have I been so insulted I broke out into tears. I work hard and save up to pay for my nails to be done. It's how I treat myself. Instead I felt like dirt for something they did. To make matters worse they could only finish my nails with the dark pink and I don't even like the color pink. I paid for squoval orange ombré nails and a few hours of relaxation. I got ugly bright pink square nails, a migraine and public embarrassment. read more

My nails came out all different shapes and lengths. I pointed it out to the lady gave me attitude. She left the drill on my thumb for a good 3-4 seconds, at the end my nails were sore and burning. 3rd time I've been here and only 1 time has it been good. read more

I get there at 550pm an ask them for a dip set she sits me down an dios my fingers in the acetone an she tells me I'll be there for 25 mins so I waited 47 mins an asked her if it was almost my turn an she says still another 30 mins while they keep tending others. read more

Had a really busy day going and decided to get my nails done in the process. Walked in and I was greeted and helped right away. Of courSe I had to wait a while considering every attendant was busy with a customer and that was fine. The ladies who helped me were super nice and the place wasn't that pricey. I brought in a picture of the nails that I wanted and my nails did not look anything like the pic. I was cut twice with nail clippers and the tool for cuticles, after the clippers were full of my blood she just placed the clippers on the desk and used them again on me with dried blood. This is the worst nail salon in Odessa! I stayed by the glass window to see what she would do with the clippers and she just used a napkin and cleaned them. I'm not even giving them 1 star I went in for a pedicure he said I had an ingrown and pulled a piece of my nail out that never even hurt I bled the whole time and still had to pay for my pedicure long story short I caught an infection and had to go to a dr and I've gone several times and all they do is ignore me and won't even let me talk to management! A bit pricey - $100 for a deluxe gel mani/pedi. The tech was friendly but very difficult to understand her English. Overall satisfied with the results, although I did bleed a little when she got overzealous cutting my toe nail cuticles. My first Odessa nail salon... Will be trying other places first before I return here. On the plus side, it's a very large nail salon (20 pedi chairs or so?) but only one lady working when we were there. read more

Beautiful salon. I love the chandeliers and decor. It's very clean which is a big deal to me! My spa pedicure was relaxing and reasonably priced. I got the upgraded one with the hot stone massage. It was a little bit of Heaven. The nailpolish is flawless (a lot of times if they don't wipe your nails off well, the polish doesn't set). I'll definitely go again and ask for Annie! read more
